Newbie here in need of advice
First off I’d like to say that this forum rocks and the members here seem real genuine and caring so thank you for all the good work!
My situation is this.. I started the newbie program this time last year for about 2 and a half months.. I gained a little (as you do) but then I stopped because I just got too busy.. Although I didn’t measure at the time, I think I lost whatever gains I got at that time..
I have decided to start the newbie routine again and it has been about a month now.. I’m an asian guy who currently stands at 5’5” length (pressed to the bone) and 5” girth.. I’m looking to add 1 inch to my length and 0.5 inch to my girth.. The numbers may sound low, but I would be more than happy to don them if possible.. (If I could get this by the end of the year, that will be awesome)
My current exercises stands at this:
5 min warm up (with rice sock)
10 thirty second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight)
20 min of wet jelq
5 min warm down
I do this two days on, one day off..
So, I was wondering if you guys had any advice as to my current regime? Should I add other exercises? Perhaps increase the durations? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I’m new to this game and I’m real excited and motivated to see this through this time.
