Massive girth very quickly
By no means am I very experienced with PE, but I think that I might have stumbled upon the holy grail of girth. I started PE with a MS EG of 4.0” and the reason I started was because I was extremely insecure about this. I did make quite good gains(from what I gather from reading posts at this site) and between last June and early September I got my girth up to between 4.4” and 4.55 depending on the day. My gains stopped suddenly and I really wanted to keep them up so I read through everything on girth at this site. I started to do what braindrain had said worked for him and began going to the bathroom every 1-2 hours and giving my penis a couple dry jelqs and horse 440s. This worked for a bit but then a few days ago I decided I wanted to try ADC(all day clamping). I’m not sure if anyone has every really tried this but I figured since ADS seems to work for lots of people why wouldn’t ADC?
What I did was cut a piece of fabric out of an old pair of boxers that would nicely fit around the base of my penis and I found a hair elastic. After my PE session I’d wrap the cloth around my base and then use the elastic the same way chicks do with their hair (like doubling it up). Every hour or two I would still take my bathroom break and refresh my dick. Now I’ve only had a total of three days of PE while doing this ( 1on/1off cycle) but it’s absolutely incredible!! For the entire day my dick is always at least 4.75” around even after taking a break from the all day clamping for a few hours. This expansion pretty much goes for my entire off day and by the time my next PE session comes around my EG is still no less than 4.6”. I absolutely love it! My EG hasn’t been under 4.6” in the past 6 days!!
Now I’m not saying this is foolproof at all since I only started, but it seems to be working so far and my penis isn’t any more fatigued than normal on my rest days.
My routine this past week has been this:
5-10 min heating
5 min stretching
I then do a cycle that takes me 30-45 mins on avg. ( I just stop when I think I’m about to go overboard):
I go back and forth between doing 2 sets of o-bends(each set has 4 20 sec. Reps in each direction) and dry jelqing and horse 440s(usually 2 of each and then back to o-bends)
5-10 min heating
Then I put on my “clamp” and get on with my day full of frequent bathroom stops.
So far this seems to be working out amazing but I would love to hear from any vets who might see problems with this workout.
