By no means am I very experienced with PE, but I think that I might have stumbled upon the holy grail of girth. I started PE with a MS EG of 4.0” and the reason I started was because I was extremely insecure about this. I did make quite good gains(from what I gather from reading posts at this site) and between last June and early September I got my girth up to between 4.4” and 4.55 depending on the day. My gains stopped suddenly and I really wanted to keep them up so I read through everything on girth at this site. I started to do what braindrain had said worked for him and began going to the bathroom every 1-2 hours and giving my penis a couple dry jelqs and horse 440s. This worked for a bit but then a few days ago I decided I wanted to try ADC(all day clamping). I’m not sure if anyone has every really tried this but I figured since ADS seems to work for lots of people why wouldn’t ADC?
What I did was cut a piece of fabric out of an old pair of boxers that would nicely fit around the base of my penis and I found a hair elastic. After my PE session I’d wrap the cloth around my base and then use the elastic the same way chicks do with their hair (like doubling it up). Every hour or two I would still take my bathroom break and refresh my dick. Now I’ve only had a total of three days of PE while doing this ( 1on/1off cycle) but it’s absolutely incredible!! For the entire day my dick is always at least 4.75” around even after taking a break from the all day clamping for a few hours. This expansion pretty much goes for my entire off day and by the time my next PE session comes around my EG is still no less than 4.6”. I absolutely love it! My EG hasn’t been under 4.6” in the past 6 days!!
Now I’m not saying this is foolproof at all since I only started, but it seems to be working so far and my penis isn’t any more fatigued than normal on my rest days.
My routine this past week has been this:
5-10 min heating
5 min stretching
I then do a cycle that takes me 30-45 mins on avg. ( I just stop when I think I’m about to go overboard):
I go back and forth between doing 2 sets of o-bends(each set has 4 20 sec. Reps in each direction) and dry jelqing and horse 440s(usually 2 of each and then back to o-bends)
5-10 min heating
Then I put on my “clamp” and get on with my day full of frequent bathroom stops.

So far this seems to be working out amazing but I would love to hear from any vets who might see problems with this workout.
PS. The only reason this is in the newbie is because I couldn’t start a thread in main so if it could/should be moved then by all means go ahead.

Do you take days off from doing this ADC? Most of the guys that clamp here have commented on how the effects of clamping can last quite a while after their workout. Usually within 24 hours of taking off the clamp, the EG goes down again. (so you end up with a clamped EG, post clamp EG and then a normalized EG)

I don’t know a ton about clamping (I have been paying attention to it recently because I’m interested in starting) but I do know it is a potentially dangerous exercise. I don’t want to discourage you in your efforts, but I don’t know if clamping constantly all day is a good idea.

Maybe a clamping vet can make some more observations/suggestions :)

Hmm, a true, hard clamp is usually only held for 5-15 minutes at most, so this must be a relaxed clamp, or else you’d be feeling lots of tingling and would probably injure yourself.

There isn’t all that much pressure with the clamping it just keeps it very plump still. I’m hoping some big clampers will comment. I don’t see it as being that dangerous since I haven’t had any negative PI’s as of yet.(in fact I’ve had more positive ones in the past week than all others combined since I started)

Also, snowhobo, it will be an interesting experiment to see if the results are only a temporary few-day plumpness, or a permanent meat-stretch.

Clamping vets opinion:

I have tried used ADC quite a few times in the past, always with the same results. Much of the extra ‘expansion’ has been lymphatic fluid buildup, and after a while the reduced blood circulation has resulted in thrombosed veins etc., requiring breaks of a couple of weeks to sort out.

The penis needs excellent fluid exchange to remain healthy. My methods may have been a little more aggressive than are being proposed here, but I would recommend extreme caution if trying it.

Because of the fact much of the expansion has been fluid, and because I have nearly always eventually been injured by the practise of ADC, I have never had a permanent result from it. Great hang for a few days, but nothing permanent.

It has always been the great hang and feeling of fullness that made me try it another time, and I always figured I’d be able not to get injured if I was careful, but it is the nature of ADC that the first you know about an injury is when you get what feels like a tiny string of pearls under the skin. They are damaged valves in the vessels and they take quite a while to heal.

I don’t do it at all these days.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

This is interesting, and I am tempted to try it now. It would make sense to me to not wear the ADC too tight, and to occasionally take it off or loosen it throughout the day for safety precautions.
I think this could definitely work amazingly, if done safely and correctly.

Common sense tells me, the only way to gain is to expand the tissues, but common sense also tells me, that the longer the tissues are in that expanded state, the quicker and more permanent the gains will be. The penis adapts to pressures, and could easily still heal with the ADC if it is not too tight.

This may work as a supplementation to a girth routine that includes clamping and bends. The ADC must not be too tight, or the same thing that happened to Firegoat will probably happen.
This is just my take on it so far from what I read on this thread, and I have no experience with this method.

Firegoat it sounds like mine is way way looser because every time I get an erection later on in the day after doing my workout, it is still rock hard with no fluid buildup.

I’ll try to keep this thread updated as much as possible but my schedule is about to get a lot more hectic as I’m once again moving to the mountains for the winter to shred some white gold.

I know that I used to put a cock ring on after each pumping session to keep the blood engorged in my cock as long as I could. My cock would remain engorged with blood and erect for about 30 minutes after the pumping session. I would use both metal and rubber cock rings. Also sometimes I would pump again with the cock ring on. This practices sure helped my girth.

I’m still doing this routine but I am doing it every single day and resting at night now( I don’t have that much free time anymore) and just doing a smaller workout daily rather than every second day. My girth seems to be pretty consistently between 4.6 and 4.7 depending on the erection

No rest days at all? Are you sore at all? have you made any lenght gains with your technique? Just checking, i’m interested in clamping but i want to give it a couple more months and finish the newbie routine first.

Also their is a great thread on a device called the air clamp, The name is “if your thinking of clamping,or are a clamper look here.”

I think you would find this interesting seeing as you clamp all day.

It involves a small blood pressure cuff with can be released quickly, and my guess is it would be much more discrete.
