Well, I guess I may as well throw in my 2 cents since i have a little experience on the subject.

As far as danger goes, the only danger I can see is lack of blood circulation and vein damage due to extended periods of pressure on a single spot.

If your penis is cold to the touch after you have been in your ADC for a while, or if there is fluid buildup, or if you start getting negative PI’s, I would say that you should tone down on the all day thing. Maybe do it in sets of an hour on, hour off or something.

If this is not the case, I would say judge by how your body reacts. If the pressure of the ADC is light enough and you keggel regularly to get the blood flowing through the penis i don’t see why this should cause too much of a problem.

I do something similar, except i substitute ADC for 4 or so very light 5 minute workouts through the day, mostly just stretching and dry jelq.

I have been doing a lot of clamping lately, two 30 minute sessions per day, each consisting of three 7 minute sets. I’ve only been doing this for a few days but have already noticed a difference. If this keeps up for any reasonable amount of time, I’ll post a detailed thread but the point is, I think you’re on to something. That something is that if you want to grow in girth, keep your dick expanded as much as you can.

Honestly I really don’t think this is dangerous at all. I literally can’t remember the last time that my cock was fatigued. Literally. It just never is anymore and there is never any fluid build up. As far as cutting off blood flow I don’t think that is happening at all since I can piss completely normally with the thing on

My discoloration was somewhat bad (not terrible, but definitely noticeable) before I started this routine but it seems to be getting better in the past few weeks. I’ll try to keep my results posted!

I think Ill try the hair band myself, but only for 15-30min after a workout. I wonder if it would hurt just to clamp twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

Some of my best girth gains came from doing something very similar a almost 2 years ago. Snow, I realize you’re very comfortable with this but for the other folks that are considering giving this a try, BE CAREFUL!!! I agree with the Vets that this is a VERY dangerous thing. For all the reasons they’ve already list. I can tell you first hand that I got thrombosed vein from this 1.5 years ago and it still hasn’t gone away. Plus it’s also difficult to tell when you’re unit goes numb due to a lack of circulation. If this has ever happened to you then you know that’s not a pleasant experience. Especially when it stays numb for a few hours afterward.

All I can say is you’re playing with fire!

One final note is if you choose to do this and you’re going to do this at work then look out!!! I RARELY need to interact with others in my office but one day when I wearing my “clamp” I ended up getting caught in a looooong conversation. I could feel my unit starting to get sore and numbness starting to creep in. 20 minutes later I’m running to the bathroom to release the pressure and I was sure I permanently broke my dick.

Thanks for the story hope. I’ve been very careful because the last thing I want is an injury. Everyone keeps saying that it’s dangerous for multiple reasons but I’m pretty sure that I am using way less pressure than everyone thinks. Hope did you have to “push” your piss out when you had your clamp on? Or did it flow pretty normal?

It was urination was uncomfortable with the “clamp” on. So I removed it to take care of business.

Obviously you’re doing it at a different level of intensity than I was. I understood that when I posted to your thread the first time. I felt it was necessary to add my 2 cents because some folks are quick to jump on the band wagon. Plus there’s a lot of people around here where English is not their first language. I thought it was important to share my experiences in an attempt to get anyone considering doing this to really think about it. I was extremely lucky despite my stupidity!
