Hello all. Just introducing myself here. I have been into PE for about 10 months now with varying consistency (usual story). Managed to add a little bit of length and girth. As you can see from my user name, my main aim is to add more thickness to my unit.

Current stats are: NBPEL 6.0, EG 4.5. My goal is to get to 7x5. I started off with a penis that was 5.5x4.1.

My routine is manual stretches, Fowfers and jelqing. I might venture into clamping and some kind of hanging/ADS. I’ll drop by here most days and keep absorbing the knowledge and try not to ask any stupid questions.

Great to finally be here and be able to post. I have been interested in PE for a long time but all the sites I seemed to come across were pay sites so I never actually started, until a month ago that is when I found Thunder’s, couldn’t register at that time so I started the Newbie Routine and was pleasantly surprised. Now a month later I’m registered :) can post, have better EQ and have a 1/4 inch longer penis :) PE is no longer some bogus theory to me as it works. Very Happy.

Just joined when registration reopened. Been reading the fora for a few weeks, started the newbie routine on August 21 and sticking to that to see how it goes. I will shout any decent progress from the rooftops, so ya’ll will hear from me again.

Okay, I did it, my first post on this forum :D

Hi to all and big thanks to all those who have provided me with the knowledge of PE. For all those stats whores, I’ve gained about 1.5cm length and and about 0.8cm in girth, not that much but it all counts ;) Been doing this on and off for a while. Just recently started on 3 days on and 2 days off with between 1-1.5 hours out workout the gains have increased. Going to really stick at 3 on 2 off now.

I am fairly new to the PE world, staying with a healthy and low intensity workout of mainly slow jelqing up to this point. My main questions involves how much girth would be considered too much. I am about 6.5 inches non-bone pressed in erect length and 6.0-6.2 in erect girth up and down the shaft (with the most at the base and in the middle). I am a virgin and have only had oral sex with my girlfriend (who is rather small). Would it be a good idea to embark on PE or should I just be happy with what I have now? I don’t want to become so big that when I have sex for the first time she will be in pain.

You should be happy with what you have. Your girth is definitely quite large (top 1%-10%, depending on what study you look at). You are already past the point where many people experience problems. My suggestion is you get some more experience with sex before deciding on whether or not to do any further PE.

I am glad that I have finally been able to register and now have access to all the areas. I’ve been trying PE occasionally for the past few years, but mostly for several days each time and never stuck to it. Tried an ADS extender (with a noose) in February, had a few scary negative PI’s and stopped using it.

Started newbie routine last week and I will stick to it for at least a few months. Have already seen some gains (or maybe I’ve compressed my ruler or my pubic bone :) , but my old ruler is no longer long enough), all in length and none in girth so far. I am actually going for length at the moment, just as an ego-booster, girth later. I am thinking of starting stretching and maybe pumping in 4-6 months once I feel more comfortable with PE.

Thanks to everybody for creating this community and providing people with lots of useful information. If it was not for Thunder’s Place, I probably would have never gotten serious about PE.

PS: Oh by the way, is there any way to make the signature font size a bit smaller, besides using italics?

Current post-workout (May 2009): BPEL 6.5 x 4.55, BPSFL 7, NBPEL 5 :( Weird string girth measurements: MSG 4.75, BG 5.25

Wonder if those are gains or if I just learned to push the ruler into the fat pad :/

Hi All, this is my first post. I’d characterize myself as an optimistic skeptic. I’ve looked at a lot of information about PE on the net. It seems everyone’s trying to sell something and is really short on data. It wasn’t until I ran across Thunder’s Place that I started to suspect that PE is more than hype and conn- artistry. I decided to give PE a serious try. I have two goals: 2-3 inches increase in length and restore foreskin. I’ve chosen an exercise routine (Thanks Thunder’s Place) and am doing the routine daily. I intend to stick with this for about 36 months or until I make my goals.

Starting stats:
FL: 1 1/2 to 2 in
BP FL: 5 in
BPEL: 4.75 in
EG: 5 in
