Can you guys give me a good lenght gain routine?

Starting Stats : BPEL, 5", EG, 4"

Goals : BPEL, 6", EG 5"

Length routine:

7x3 min regular stretching
2x3 min invented v stretching
2x3 min two way stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min low intensity (20-40% erection) jelqing

Bird2, is that regular stretching in seven different positions? I.e., up, down, left, right, etc.

For whatever reason, when I jelq, I have a hard time keeping it at low erection levels. There might be something to this lower level jelqing, at the levels I do, my girth shot up very quickly, but I want length too. ;)
Do you think making use of a cock ring would help?

No, I seriously doubt that a cock ring will work. What I do to avoid this problem is doing length work first. Stretches and especially advanced stretches will tire out my penis and helps me to keep erection levels low.

The directions in what I stretch are down, up, left, right, straight out, downwards left and downwards right.

Bird2, routine you suggested, should it be performed after ‘newbie routine, i.e. after 3 months?

i am now at 2.5 months - can i start it, what do you think?

To answer your question avgJosh, Just wait until your 3 months is up. I, personnally, am going more than 4 months with my newbie routine so that I get as much ligament stretch as possible. That’s where the fastest gains come anyways, so I might as well get all of it.

I agree with you Springer240. I’ve found the newbie routine is working very well and continuing with it beyond the 3 months is something I will also be doing.

In a sense we have same problem but the difference is I have a hard time keeping my erection at high erection levels.

Can you explain the stretches in this routine? What’s the exact description of the low intensity erection? When I feel a little pressure and resistance when I’m jelqing, is this it?

I think the key there is the advanced stretches. I do a routine of stretches, my jelqing and then some amazing isometrics already (who invented those again? ;) ). The stretching doesn’t seem to be enough to keep my penis from tiring that much before jelqing. However, by the end, it’s hard to easily get a full-blown erection for the isometrics.

Anyway, I don’t do a lot of advanced stretches yet, I was doing the two-way, but I thought I should stick to the basics longer. Maybe that’s something to consider when I come to the point to re-evaluate my routine. Right now I don’t separate girth and length routines, and just do the one, but that’s something I’ve definitely thought about. I guess because I’m still making gains with what I do, I see no reason to stop yet.

Sometimes I employ the use of erotic pictures to help. That way I can look when I feel like, use it as inspiration, whatever, if I need to keep my erection higher. It also limits the possibility with movies that I’ll get too aroused.
