No, never. My hands itch a little when I go over 5 minutes though.

I meant pain in the penis though, not your hands…

Damn bird 7 days on with no days rest? I thought rest days were good for you?

Some people claim that, they probably have taken that over from bodybuilding. In my opinion a good night of sleep is the only rest you need. The penis plays a vital part in a mans replication value. So the body gives it top priority in healing during sleep, which leads to way quicker recovery compared to other body parts. Sure, your arms and legs play an important role in mans survival value, tiredness/damage done to these parts will weaken the survival value but not to the extent a tired/damage penis will to the replication value of a man.

Well I look up to you a lot man, and I’ve been planning on starting your routing in another month after my 3 months newbie routine is up. I hope to also get some good gains from it. So you would advise that I go 7 on no days off?

After you have build it up, yes. Start with 2/1, then 3/1, 5/2, 6/1 and then 7/0. During my newbie days I did PE on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday while taking rest on the other days. I stared 7/0 after a month or 8 in to my PE journey.

So there shouldn’t be any penis pain from the exercises? Only possibly the hands?

Yes, that is correct.

Bird,

I find it hard to hold the stretch for 3 minutes. Is it an option to hold it first for , say, 1,5 minute, release, take 15 seconds rest en then stretch for another 1,5 minute? And do that in 7 directions. My second question: Is it a problem or ineffective when I become a little harder during the stretch, say, 10 or 20%

Ik ben ook Nederlands, misschien kun je me wat uitleg in het Nederlands geven als dat toegestaan is.

Thanks!

5cm/16 months in lenght, 3cm/8 months in girth. I have been using this routine for quite some time but I have used other routines and exercises before though. The absolute majority of the gains come from this routine though.

Thanks Bird.
As far as I know you are doing PE since 16 month. After how many month you got your 5 cm, you are on a plateau for a couple of month.

No, actually I do PE for 20 months now, those 16 months are the months that I actually made gains. Now I am back out of a decon break, hopefully the ruler will show some gains the next time I measure :) .
