Need lenght routine

So in about a month ill be doing some more advanced exercises and was thinking about the routines ill be using.

For girth I will do : 2 x 10min clamping
10 x horses 440
15 min ulis
5-10 min high intensity jelqing

For lenght I will do : 15-20 min stretching
15 min jelqing at low erection

Is that enough for lenght ? Hows the girth routine look ? Should I do them seperatly

I’d say add some hanging to your length routine to get better results


The reaper cannot claim you if the reaper cannot catch you.

Do them combined. Your girth routine is excellent, only 15 minutes of Ulis is way to much. Turn it into 10 repetitions of 15 seconds.

For length, I would advise you to add invented v stretches, JAI stretches and the two way stretch. Only start hanging when you don’t react on this exercises.

May I ask you how exactly do you perform Ulis?
Do you perform them erected at 100% or less?

You need to do them at less than 100% to get the blood moving. Get an erection of approx. 80% for optimal results.

and do you make them with an OK standard grip ( palm down facing the pubes )
or an OK inverse grip ( palm facing the glans)?

I do them exactly like you can see in the video here: Uli #3 Video.

I would like to start wrapping for girth and head size but am unsure of how long to stay wrapped. Also do I start with an erection or let it build on it’s own. I tried wrapping with an 80% erection and stayed wrapped 30 minutes. I liked the immediate fuller feel and look but it seems I remember reading that after 20 minutes penis cells could die. Thanks for any info. I’ve read forums on wrapping for discoloration and girth but they don’t say for how long. Any suggested routines?

I don’t think you will last past few sessions on this routine. If you indeed manage to go through all this stuff, I smell ER.

Your length routine looks fine but drop clamping and pick only one manual exercises (horse, uli, or erect jelq). I suggest just do couple ulis or horses after every 50 jelqs. That should be enough. Less is more, my friend.

Never go longer than 15 minutes, preferably 10. Better do 3x10 or 2x15 minutes without problems than 1x30 and regret it your entire life.

Thank you. I’m going to try one 10 minute wrap right after I jelq and another in the evening if I’m not sore. I wrapped for ten minutes yesterday with an ace bandage. I read about some type of wrist wrap with magnets in it. Is this safe?
