Hello everyone.
I am very fortunate that I found this forum.This is really impressing to know that there is a physical exercise to enlarge penis.
I just measure my penis,it is 5” in length and 4” girth.I will focus on training to increase it 7” length ,6”girth.
I have seen the Dry Jelq video which consist of three main grips.

1)Standard OK Grip.
2)Over Head OK Grip.
3)Dual Hands C-Grip.

A)Which Grip will be more effective for me ? I don’t have enough skin as shown in that video.
B)Does Hot Wraps are essential ? And is there any alternative method to perform hot wraps.(By Using a Towel pressed with hot Iron) etc.

If you are tightly circumcised, you will be better off with wet jelqing. The best grip is the one that works best for getting the feeling of ‘pushing blood up the penis’ for you.

Hot wraps/a warm up is essential. Many methods have been written about on this site; hot wet cloths, microwaveable gel packs, rice socks, Infra Red lamps, cups of hot water are all popular choices.

Your English is quite good. It will improve a lot from just reading here.

Thanks for this Great info.

It was my first day of jelqing, I am happy but a little curious about few things.

1) Stroke. The first push towards the penis head and then released the grip. Is it called One Stroke ?

2) Kegel. I don’t know the correct timing to hold a kegel and for how much time duration it will take to hold.

3) approach. How much forward we should move while jelqing ? I mean, we have to completely hide the penis head or not.

I know there is a search feature available here but I like when different people give their comments.

I dry jelq the following way:

Hold Kegel > Standard OK Grip > 3-4 Second Stroke > Release Kegel > Repeat

Me too. That way seems to be better in the different jelq variations I have done.

For wet jelq: I take a loose OK grip at the base of the penis, kegel in some blood then tighten the grip and release the kegel, 3-6 second stroke to just before the penis head. As the first hand reaches the head, I get the other hand at the base in an OK grip, kegel in some blood, tighten that OK grip as I release the top hand and repeat.

For dry jelq: I take a loose OK grip at the base of the penis, kegel in some blood then tighten the grip and release the kegel, 3 second stroke up the penis as far as I can without letting any blood out of the penis, hold the hand there for 3 seconds maintaining the pressure, then release and repeat.

Jelqing is an art. The more you do it, the better you become at it, and you find your own natural method - the one that feels absolutely right for you. That is the one to use.

There are many excellent threads on jelqing technique here. It’s worth reading them and trying all the methods that have worked for other people, then creating your own from the experience you gain from trying other people’s.

I only Kegel 2 or 3 times rapidly while gripping at the base to fill the penis with blood. I do not kegel while stroking. Actually, it never even occurred to me to hold the kegel, I’ll have to try that and see if it has any effect.

Firegoat is right about finding what works best for you. There are a lot of differences and intricacies to Jelqing. For me, what works best is to focus my grip in a pinch style on the sides of the penis. I also reach up into my fat pad to grip[ as close to the bone as possible. I then use the beginning of my strok as a stretch, holding it for a second or two before completing the Jelq stroke. I call these “deep Jelqs” and they have a great impact on me.

So welcome aboard, read a lot and experiment until you find what works best for you.

Does Kegel push forward the blood while jelqing?

I did perform newbies routine and it was quite good.
As I am fairly new to jelq, I realise that my penis feels a little tired after PE. Is there everything alright ?

Not me.I do it like this :OK Grip -3 sec Stroke - Kegel ( holding) - OK Grip ( with the other hand) - Release Kegel - Second Stroke-.

Kegeling will pump blood into your penis, especially while semi-erect. When Jelqing, I have to release my grip at the end of the stroke and regrip it again at the base before the next stroke. Kegeling during this period will pump more blood back into my penis and keep it plump, which is what you want at the start of your stroke.

Tired is just fine, even a little sore is OK. *Real Pain* is always bad. PE is one place where the phrase “No Pain, No Gain” is absolutely wrong.
