Jelqing advice

Kingpole, my first month of jelqing I wasn’t using both hands. I would jelq with one hand, release that hand and then jelq with the opposite hand. I made no gains in my first month. After reading your thread I started jelqing with one hand and once it reached the glans I used the opposite hand to grab the base and jelq up.repeating the process with the opposite hand. I’ve noticed that since doing this I’ve trapped more blood and I get a better pump without having to squeeze too hard.I have also developed no red spots during this time. I was curious, since you said you jelqed wrong in your first month, if you made any gains in that first month? Or better yet, when you perfected your technique what type of gains did you make? I feel good in this second month cause I’m really starting to get the hang of this. I’ve also started stretching at work. Go company dime for length gains!

I had flaccid gains in October and November of 2004,no erect gains. I was lurking on TP, I studied the pictures in the tutorials more gained a bit in December about an 1/2”.
Joined TP in January of 2005 was able to download the videos and studied them carefully soon after the gains started to come.

By doing it the correct way you don’t get the injuries. You grow faster!

I went from 5.5” to 6” around the time I joined TP to around 7” in February, 7.45” by May of 2005, now I’m a bit over 8” by 5.9”
Flaccid gains were from stretching,It was less than 2”, So damn small I would piss on myself sometimes. Now flaccid is 5-6” Maybe more now since I have been doing Fowfers.

Rock on, man, thanks for the reply. I’m at exactly my 6th week and I think I’m on the same boat you were. It just takes some time to learn what works for your body and how to do this correctly.and I’m probably still doing things incorrect. Your post and history is inspiring, thank you.

While jelqing what is the feeling you should have at the head when reaching it? I’m not feeling pain but it’s not a happy feeling also. Maybe somebody can clear this up for me?

You may be gripping to hard, grip should only be about the same as the grip you use to masturbate with. The feeling you get in your glans is a feeling of expansion.

Kingpole, another question for you because you’re right, at first I thought it was going to be easy but it’s taken me 6 weeks just to get my stroke at the best it’s ever been. How high is your focus during your jelqs, and how is your EQ throughout your individual sets? I find that when my focus is at it’s highest, I can maintain an 80% erection throughout my sets of 50 and get an excellent milking session going. I end the session feeling great. This may be a stupid question, but is this very key in making gains?

I read that jelqing is mainly a length exercise if you do it at low erection levels and mainly a girth exercise when you do it at higher erection level. Now my question is this: Is the methods you described mainly for girth or length gains?

I jelq after stretching, because my penis is usually quite soft, and I see jelqing as a way of bringing it back to life and getting more from my stretching (I masturbate a lot without ejaculating for the same reason). I find it difficult, however, to jelq at anything but very high erection levels (especially at the base because it is very soft from the stretching I think). I also have problems maintaining my erection level while jelqing. I’ve tried with porn and kegeling and it helped a bit, but it’s still a problem - the blood seems to leave my penis. Therefore my jelqing sections usually takes very long, are not very good and are different each time.

I might try jelqing before stretching. And from what you wrote I definitely need to slow down! I’ve been PEing (only stretches and jelqs) 6 days a week for some time now (have really been dedicated), but a few days ago the little fellow had had enough - I over trained :( - so I’ll give him some rest now.

With respect to the jelqing, you are talking about stretching the penis to it’s’ limit for 5-10 minutes. I’m usually stretching for at least 30 seconds in seven direction (SD, DR (Down Right), DL, UR (Up Right), UL, Up and SO) and doing this twice. I’m mainly going for tunica stretching so I figured longer (and maybe a little lighter) stretching would be more effective. This might not be a good idea, or? Did anybody try the static stretcher, and does it work?

Have not been gaining much, maybe a bit (keep myself from measuring). But my penis seemed bigger and better than ever before until a couple of days ago, when I overdid the stretching.

I hope to get some comments and advice, thanks a lot.

When speaking about jelqing they always tell you to put pressure on the sides of the penis, but the the blood runs out, right? I’m using body lotion as lubrication (I tried Vaseline as well), and in the beginning it was alright, but now it seems to dry out right away and it doesn’t help to apply more - I don’t get it (did the skin structure change, I have a lot of skin now, more than before, and I need a better lube to avoid expanding my skin any further). Some kind of oil might do it, it’s just so expensive. Any advice on lubes?

Not a stupid question at all.

I concentrate intensely, I jelq slow at this point I’m doing between 8-12 second strokes. Consistency is the key. 60-80% is the ball park figure for jelqing.

Use a more oil base lube like hand cream it is a little thicker.

Jelqing correctly should be used for both girth and length jelqing 60-70% for length over 70% for girth.

To help maintain a consistent EQ level while jelqing drink a large glass of water about a 1/2 hour before jelqing. This could be a hydration issue.

Your stretching strategy seem good, Do you war up before stretching? Heat is the key to good gains as well, long warms ups with a rice sock or fowfers for at least 10 minutes or longer may produce a stable EQ level while jelqing.
