“V” grip an upside down “you” grip allows for more pressure to be pumped into the cavernosa. “V” grip at the base, “V” grip just above or below the glans based on your position.(Standing or sitting) This to avoids the dorsal vein, artery,nerve.

I don’t recommend “V” grip for newbies. Because there is more force behind this grip.

You may be working it to hard, for this reason you should only jelq 3 days per week, with a day break for penis recovery between. It is OK to do this on workout days.

Gym should not exceed more than an hour, over doing it in the gym could be what is causing your erection to fail.

Ask yourself:

Am I always tired?
Am I getting enough sleep?
Am I eating enough?
Am I always hungry?

The failed erections can also be a circulation problem. For this you can take Ginkgo Biloba an herb great for restoring erections. Ginkgo is a blood thinner and should not be taken with blood thinning medications.

You can if you want to. Some guys get big erections kegaling while jelqing so they do the kegaling part afterwards. This may be better for you.

Me I kegal during jelqing, I let get up to 100% and let die back down to 70%, I feel the inflation,deflation is actually healthy for the penis. Everyone has different needs.
