Kegel is to tense that “that muscle” right? When a do that, I lose blood instead of gain, and my erect decrease. Does that mean I have a bad erection or something?
Maby I need to add that I do all the kegals after the entire program.(50 reps/5-10 seconds each)
Do you recommend to do them while jelq or stretch instead?
