Yes Kingpole but your hung like a horse. I like to get the finishing hand off as soon as possible because the new hand is coming up the shaft.

I do overhand and when it reaches the head the other hand is coming over the top gripping for another jelg.

I have seen this in the milking videos where the bottom hand is held in place while the other starts just above the holding hand
Which then moves up. And as the finishing hand finishes, it then comes under the holding hand so now the holding hand will move upwards.

The regular jelging videos I have seen, the finishing hand may still be on the shaft as the new hand begins, but that hand comes right off.

Am I right in this? This is how I have been doing it with success.

Also, I like to hold the skin on my shaft with the other hand so I can get a skin stretch and not pull the scrotum up the shaft.

Your blessed at this point with a very fine member and may not have the same issues as us lesser endowed members.

I use to be one of those less endowed guys. It sounds like your doing things correctly.
As long as your hand does not overshadow the penis. It can get in the way, It is best to do it underhand, with your fingers underneath instead of above.

Kingpole, I’ve read a lot of the posts in this thread but not them all. I have a question; You mention further back that stretching is just for flaccid length and that jelqing is for erect length (and girth) is this really the case, does stretching the ligaments not also give a longer erection? I’m a bit confused and can refer you back to your earlier post if you like.

I love stretching but hate those damn jelq’s - I know I have to do them though. Keep losing my erection after every few jelq’s and am beginning to thing I have some serious ED problems. I’ve began kegeling like a Duracell bunny on speed!!

Anyway, Congrats on the gains, they’re an inspiration to us Newbies - I wish more members would post there gains along with their posts.

Some guys believe that you can get erect gains from just stretching. The thing with that is you likely to get flaccid growth only. Jelqing is the primary exercise for erect gains.

So explain why you are having trouble jelqing, is it just maintaining a 60% erection while jelqing? If you warm up stretch before you jelq this may help.
Also are you kegeling before you do the jelq? This may help maintain the erection during the jelq.
Do you have trouble maintain an erection period like during sex or masturbation?

If you have ED lets work on that more first.

Damn.it’s almost been one month and it doesn’t look like I’ve gained.Scared to measure. I mean my flaccid size look the same and from the look of it my erection size is still the same too. SHit.

Well you may have grown, sometimes those gains sneak up on you. If you are scared to measure don’t! Your results may be nil from the fear of measuring.

Yea I think I’m gonna measure after 3 months. Yea that way I’ll see significant gains. I”m just gonna increase my jelqing time to 30 mins tonight. Hey If my grip is HARD, does that mean I’m not gonna gain?

Hi Kingpole

I’ll give you a brief history; Met my girlfriend over 8 years ago when I was 19. Prior to this, I was pretty hit and miss in bed - most sex I had was while under the influence, so sometimes I couldn’t get it fully up and others I’d fire off straight away; basically very inconsistent and looking back I couldn’t tell you whether I suffered ED or not, but I don’t think so.

I am pretty sure that I have suffered from ED for the majority of our relationship. I blame a few things, firstly she is either too large or I am too small because I find very little stimulation from having sex with her and I enjoy oral far more. Secondly, sometimes when I masturbate I tend not to get a full erection until I am about to ejaculate and sometimes not even then - I am afraid that I am building up a subconscious connection that I don’t need to be hard to have sex.

Since joining the site I have had a look back over my erection history and found the following;

1. I rarely get morning wood and if I do, it’s due primarily to needing to piss - never more than 60% erection
2. When I get hard it drains very quickly again e.g. When getting a blow job; I might get fairly hard but if she goes to give me a kiss on the lips or stop for even 10 seconds my erection really starts to subside.
3. I have taken viagra once and got a, what I would consider, 100% erection. From a size and firmness perspective, I have never had an erection similar to this before or since.
4. As soon as I come I lose my erection and won’t be able to get a decent one for at least a couple of hours.
5. I would rate my erection level at 80-90% on a good day but I always tend to lose it during sex except when I am about to come.

Kingpole, when jelqing I keep losing my erection every 4 or 5 strokes even while keeping porn on in the background. I then need to masturbate myself hard again. But when I say hard I mean 50-60% - any higher and it would take too long. The only way I can maintain a better erection is if I leave one hand at the base keeping my skin pulled taut back away from the head (I am uncut). Then using the other hand, I can keep jelqing. This is a better technique for me but I am not sure of it’s effectiveness. By the way kegeling while jelqing does very little good for me, also I always stretch and warm up before jelqing.

I don’t feel like I am hard enough for the jelqing as I feel no pressure on my penis except for the head at the end of each (effective) stroke. I.e. Some strokes whilst losing my erection all I can feel is a stretch

I am worried that I have a bad case of ED and have started Kegeling a lot, but if my viagra erection is considered 100%; I have never had a natural 100% erection in my life.

I would be really grateful if you had some feedback or advice for me.

Well don’t worry if I can come back from complete ED you can comeback from your 60% ED. The thing is you truly don’t know your real size until you start popping 100% erections.

What to do:
Continue with the PE despite losing the semi erection every 5Th jelq or so. This happen to me when I started PE over 3 years ago. But I figured I had nothing to lose. I was rock bottom pecker wise and health wise as well. PE changed my life! So keep at it.

Stop drinking, alcohol, is the worse thing for penis health.

Supplement. I started on 100-300 mg of standardised Korean ginseng per day. The thing about ginseng is you have to cycle it. What I do now with ginseng is take it for 5 days straight and two days per week I do not take it at all. Ginseng will solidify your erections while during sex, masturbation and PE. Give it a month. Ginseng can cause anxiety in sensitive individuals and raise blood pressure if it is not cycled. Do not take ginseng with NSAIDS or diuretics.

Ginkgo biloba also helps with erections and works very well with Ginseng. Take them together. Ginkgo improves erections in about 14 days. Take 120-240mg of standardised ginkgo biloba per day. Ginseng is a blood thinner (An Anti Aggregate) do not take it with warfarin or aspirin.

Alpha Arginine ketoglutarate for some men works within about an hour, gives you rock hard erection and huge cum loads. A bit more expensive than ginkgo and ginseng but works a bit faster than ginkgo or ginseng. All three work real well together. But either one or the other will do the trick by themselves.

If the above fail to help then you will likely have to take Viagra or Cialis which you will need a prescription for from your doctor.
