fowfers ok for newbies?
Hey everyone at thunders! I was just wondering if you guys think that BTC fowfers are okay for newbies to do?
I have been at the newbie routine for a little over a month, and got a little ahead of myself a week ago and think i might have over trained a little bit being as i was already doing V stretches, the clockwise and counterclockwise stretch, JAI stretches, and the stretch where you twist your penis in a full 360 and stretch it. Any ideas?
