Also it is natural for your penis to turtle when doing excersise ive read into it the reason why is because it is sending your blood to your muscles which makes sense but i wandered why it always happened as well until i read that but i do find after working out itvseems to plump up a bit extra for some reason.

You must NOT be erect while stretching. You should be totally flaccid or at most just a little ‘fluffed’ if you find it difficult to stay fully soft.

A friend of mine got me a sleeve extender and one for himself. I haven’t opened it yet as I’m very skeptical if it’s actually an extender. The ones I know of have that strap mechanism, this just looks like a sleeve but the company slapped the word ‘extender’ on it. I managed to find it on a site and translated it to English (a Beta feature on their site so there may be some translation errors) - so I’m curious if someone can confirm or refute my suspicions. It just doesn’t look like it functions as an extender for length.

Beginning with ball weights

I’m fairly new to all of this, and I have a question that may be the norm. A few days ago I started wearing ball weights (not very heavy) and it doesn’t stimulate me, however the tension is something that’s really different (no pain). My question is in regards to constant pre-cum.all the time. It’s gotten so bad that sometimes I leak through my underwear/pants and have to clean up. Honestly, is this normal?

I haven’t ever had this happen before and it does stop when I stop wearing the weights, then begins again when they’re back on. There’s no pain and color is normal.

Any help is appreciated.

It sounds quite normal. Though you may not be erect, the weight is enough to signal arousal to your body. I’ve had this happen numerous times.

- Sleeping position is probably not important

- Heat is bad for sperms indeed, so if you want kids you have to refrain from heat for 4-6 months before.

- I’d recommend to do PE before the gym and other physical training.

Sleeping position is most likely to not influence or interfere the PE process. Since we can’t say for sure, we have to use some logic over here.

Sleeping with your belly down could turn to be very uncomfortable because when the nocturnal wood kicks in it will press the penis against the mattress or your body.

With belly up you allow enough room for the involuntary woods but against the gravity. Since the penis is considered an “extremity” and the blood isn’t “prioritized” for the most of the time, I would be staying on favor of the gravity to facilitate the blood irrigation.

By logic and elimination we can assume that sleeping on our sides could be more beneficial: room free to blast the woods and kinda of in favor of the gravity.

About the PE and gym timing, I would save the PE for last. If you PE before, blood will rush towards the muscles and most likely will stay there for a while, leading you to some natural penile contraction. But again, don’t think this will affect the results, it will resume as personal tastes and preferences.

But is measure NBPEL from the side cheating?

Its the visual length not the useable, so it makes sense not to measure it from the top.

Measuring from the sides could lead to “fake” higher numbers. It will depend on the anatomical morphology of your pubic area.
