Once a day and not every single day, two days ON, one day OFF (or whatever you find comfortable regarding the regimen, but have 2 days of in a 7 days period).

Just once. The newbie routine is once a day, 1 day on 1 day off and if you feel your unit is conditioned then you can increase it to 2 days on 1 day off.

Are you following a speciffic routine?
If you are a complete newbie then most likely once a day only.

People will tell you that ejaculation and masturbation will not affect potential gains, but they still may advise you to minimize masturbation at least in the begining. Every 2-3 days is fine, just make sure you do not do it just before or right after your PE routine, or maybe better to separate ejaculation and PE in diferent days.

For hoursuntil I have to turn, she turns, then I get cold again, but she has to sleep.

Have a shot or two of whiskey at bed time, it will help your blood flow better, and help warm you up.

Newbie on the supplements. Help

I am curious about taking supplements. I have seen a lot of positive feedback on some L-Arginine, zinc, citrulline, etc. Although they all sound great,

If you have a balanced diet supplementation isn’t necessary.

The exception would the omega fats for those that doesn’t eat seafood at least 2 to 3 times per week.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
