Thats really difficult to say. I mean it depends on so many factors. But 6 months following only the newbie routine I would say aim for about 0.25 inches. But we have had members that havent gained a single inch till the 9th month. So it differs wildly. Myself, I gained about 0.4 on the newbie in the first 5 to 6 months but Im concidered a fast gainer. Change your focus to more long term will be my oppinion. PE isnt a hobby. Its a lifestyle.

Injury + Doppler test questions

What kind of injury could this be?

I think I injured myself doing squeezes. At the time of injury it was painless, but there was a protruding vein, or something (not sure), that poked itself out of the left side of the base of the pubic area. I pushed it back it and thought nothing of it.

Now I am experiencing the following:
Cooling and heating pain in the left side going from lower abdomen to pelvic floor; most concentrated on the site of protrusion.
Pain after ejaculation
Weak erections that I cannot maintain without constant physical stimulation.
IF I do manage to get erect, it is very soft and barely able to penetrate (have not had sex since injury)
Weak or no morning erection; IF I manage to get erect it is for a very short time and it is extremely weak. As soon as I wake up, about 15 seconds later it is gone.
Penis is hanging to the left noticeably, no curve when erect (Was not the case before)
Numbness and tingling in left leg (Could be from something else??)
Numbness in area left side of pelvic area.

I am scheduled for a doppler test tomorrow to see what’s going on. I want to come in the appointment informed, and that’s the reason for this post.

I think we are all putting ourselves under so much pressure about an inch here and another inch there. Just do something, measure once a month and go on if growth there is. If not: start experimenting and listen to your dick.

Maybe a little brisk answer, but I really think that’s a core sentence of PE wisdom.

Hey does anyone elses dick get like dry and kinda red after pe excersises i mainly jelq with v grip on ccs and use a jar lifter with the pipefoam insulation then ceranwrap around foam cuz i found the foam disintigrates, i use shea butter cocunut oil and castor oil during and after any one else experience this problem?

My glans used to do this all the time until I stopped stretching from it. I attributed it to me using too much force on an area not suitable for it, and also backed off the stretching intensity. Are you stretching from behind the frenulum? I’d suggest ditching that equipment, personally, and just using good old fashioned corn starch and hands. I feel like, if it’s the same as what I went through, that jar lifter is clamping down too hard or the foam is rubbing up against the penis too aggressively.

That’s just my $.02, though.

But I am here to ask do pills and that type of stuff actually work? (Permanent effects of course)
Cause I do have one of those cheap pumps and I am wondering if I should use it.

I also have some questions about jelqing, I usually do a 3 sec jelq and I stop at the head of the penis
But people are saying that I should be doing a 5-7 sec jelq and I believe that I should still stop at the head of the
Penis, also If I wanted a length gain should I be having a 40% erection or a 70% erection? I believe it should be a 40%
Just let me know I’m so confused!

Pills work very well, but increasing only the wallet of the vendor.

Slow jelqing is just a question of feeling. The slower you go the better your hands feel the blood flow. The seconds are just indicative, the important part is to feel the blood flow.

Jelqing at low erection is more for length. At high erection, it builds more pressure and works on girth. But your penis amd your hands have to be conditioned for that. So I would say do first a couple of months at 40-5%.

It does sound like you went too hard and did a little damage. Were you getting Doppler test done because of this injury, are you holding back information because you don’t want to admit to the doctor you were squeezing your cock? Most of the symptoms don’t sound too bad but the tingling in the left leg would scare the shit out of me. If your cock doesn’t stay hard without constant physical stimulation it sounds like your pushing it too hard, especially after an injury, let it rest. If Richard’s sarcasm wasn’t obvious enough, pills don’t work.

The length of your jelq is more a personal thing. I vary mine depending on what I’m working towards and what my arousal level is. But you say your working toward length so a 3 sec jelq is perfect at your 40-50% erection level. I use the longer jelqs at higher erection levels for girth (not for beginners as you will injure your dick) and to keep from getting too aroused. Rule of thumb is anything below 60% erect is length work and anything above 70% is girth work.

I’ve heard of marathon sessions for pumping that last 1 - 2 hours long a day. Does that mean you do 1 to 2 hours straight in the tube or does it mean you do it in sets of 10 minutes till you hit that time?

For me they are broken up into four 30 minute sets. This isn’t something someone new to pumping should try.

I have scar tissue build up. Docs confirmed it. And I have a blood outflow issue. The left side of the penis is not inflating correctly.

Along with that, I’ve injured my spermatic chord as well.

Basically, after talking with the doc he said 30% chance of improvement, and 70% chance it’ll stay the same. It’s from a very well respected hospital and said they have seen issues like this before. So I trust what they say.

As of now, my erections are soft and bendable. I’m not sure if I’d be able to penetrate.

My size has not decreased surprisingly. Still at about 5 1/8 girth to 5 1/4 girth with over 7 in length.

I’m very hopeful that I will recover. They prescribed me cealis and said it could help with the issue as far as healing.

I’m taking L-Arginine, fish oil, ginseng, daily multivitamin, and cealis.

I’m trying to stay positive and not get depressed over the issue, as I think that could help T levels and in turn help with healing.

Once I’m healed, I will be doing an extender to help break up the scar tissue. Hopefully I can gain some girth while I’m at it. I can get back to 100% EQ, break up the scar tissue, gain some length and get to 8 inches, and get to 5.5 MEG. I’m very hopeful for that.

If anyone has had the same issue, let me know. I’d really like someone to talk to.

If you’re cut, and you have a scar inhibiting you…try some DMSO Iodine to break up the scar tissue. It’s a topical lotion or ointment that may help over time. Otherwise, I’m unsure what to recommend other than continuing onward and just working it till the scar tissue stretches as well.
