I’m currently doing the linear routine so by the end of October I should be at 10 min stretching and 200 jelqs.

The aim is to gain girth. So I’m wondering what to do after the linear routine.

Should I do the regular newbie routine after? or start something new like bill’s 10 girth routine or clamping/pumping?

Is it the end of October already? For best results why not concentrate on just what you’re doing now and maybe in October we can all figure out the next step.

Focus is key for gains. Plus we as guys when we find out the next step that we are not in condition for yet just have to give it a try and then get injured.

I was wondering if the penis master pro is good for hanging or no? Any advise will help just wanted to know if that close to the head will cause any issues?

I got a scar from the penimaster pro from extending with too much force. I think it’s fine for regular extending though but you’ll have to be careful not to go too hard.

For those of you who have been doing PE for a while now (say more than 6 months), do you still do manual stretching? After a while, your ligaments loosen and eventually there is not much gain from ligament stretching.. But do you do it anyways?

I’ve only been training 5 months and little bit stretch. JAI only and only to soften the robe(túnica in spanish) because what all I want is thick (girth).
