Hey this is my first post. Hopefully I follow all the rules. But I started PE about 2 months ago and just want feedback about my routine. I’m mostly looking for girth but will stick to JP90 for now and see what that does. My second month routine is:

Stretch for 5 min in hot shower

Then use bathmate x30 at 2 pumps 5 min

I jelq at different erection levels for 15 min

Finish with a 10 minute edging session

I have seen a good increase in EQ, and frequency of them. I now abstain from porn and masturbation too often to keep myself “fresh”. I do however struggle with my view on my size after measuring. I am 6.75 BPEL and only 4.5 girth down the whole shaft. My first 6 month goal is 7x5, and want as much help as possible. But I am careful about overdoing. I got all the time in the world, but I only get one penis. Ty for reading.

My personal advice is be careful with the bathmate so early in your routine. Personally I would recommend manuals as the base of your routine and skip the bathmate altogether but if it is working for you just be careful not to do too much at one time.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I concur with the advice regarding the Bathmate. I’d put it away for 5-6 months. This is a critical time to get conditioned for future growth. Maintain a consistent newbie routine and go from there.

Definitely would put the bathmate away too. The pressure is very high and uncontrollably. I came back to PE about 3 years ago and that was my first purchase and I now regret it. I should have gone right back to manuals and waited a bit for devices.

I would also throw out any goals for awhile and just focus on a steady consistent routine. You have to figure out what works for you between time and intensity, the JP90 or newbie routine are just an outline. You should also as time goes on figure out where your growth is more likely and use it to your advantage. For some reason I have a difficult time gaining length however I’ve done well with girth. You have a wealth of resources here at Thunders and none of us are going to sell you pipe dream, well most of us won’t lol. Slow and steady truly wins the race with PE. Best of luck and welcome
