When A Newbie Is Not A Newbie Anymore
I have been doing PE for about 5 months now, sticking to a very simple newbie routine (mainly stretching). I have reached the stage that I can exercise (always newbie routine) for up to an hour at the time, 5/6 days a week without feeling any discomfort.
Am I still a newbie, which I would not mind, or can I go and play with the big boys now? And if the latter is the case, can anyone advice for a routine that does not involve stretching ligaments (sorry, I think that is playing with fire) and is 65% for length and 35% for girth?
