I’M LOOKING FOR CRITICISM
So I compiled my own ultra condensed short hand version of all the Linear Newbie Routine, How to Jelq, and other of the majorly popular newbie routines. I wanted to shoot for length as I want to get longer before I get more girth.
Warm up with heating pad (10 minutes plus)
Massaging before jelqing won’t hurt
C-GRIP NOT OK GRIP
Start with 10-20 jelqs(Add 10 every 3 workouts)
Ideally jelqs should last 5 seconds (Avoid jelqs that are 3 seconds or shorter)
Minimum erection level is 40% max is 80% (Harder erection more girth)
Kegel before the jelq
Change the direction at which you jelq and alternate hands each rep.
Do a JAI stretch (Hold for 5 seconds at the top of the shaft just before the glands do a circle)
Warm down with heating pad (10 minutes+)
A short massage just to settle your dick don’t play with it
After workout don’t play with your dick within a couple hours if possible
Important Things to keep in mind
Strength - Matching strength and diameter of the grip to erection level to avoid
Changing pressure as a stroke progresses.
Consistency - The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke.
It is easy to subconsciously increase or rotate the grip part way through a stroke.
Starting at the base - The grip should be attached as low down as possible
As I said I’m a complete newbie and I am looking for criticism. If I made any mistakes let me know. If I provided dangerous or potentially harmful information let me know.
