Help about newbie routine

Hi everyone !

First of all I would like to sorry for my bad English but I’m french so I’m doing my best.. :)

So here is the subject of my topic :

New in the wonderful world of PE I started for few months with the newbie routine but I have some questions about this routine :

* First, is it normal that at the end of newbie routine penis hurts?
* Hot wrap : I’m not sure to understand what it exactly means so can you explain to me that technique in simple words please? (I think it means to put some cloth on the penis for 5 min after it has been soak with some lukewarm water but I’m not sure)..
*About newbie routine : how many days off penis have to have before to begin again the newbie routine?
*When can we do an other routine more complete after the newbie routine?

I hope you will understand what I wanted to say and that you’ll can bring to me some help.

1) If it hurts, that’s usually a sign of over working it, PE isn’t supposed to be painful, doing things harder and more intense will only work to a degree, otherwise this can become counter productive. A good sign is how your flaccid penis looks after a Jelq session. If it hangs fuller and bigger than usual this is a very good sign. If your penis decreases slightly in size this would imply you have worked too hard. PE is a lengthy process and is by no means instant.

2) Hot wrap: You need to get the wash cloth as hot as you can. Without burning yourself, this is to ensure that your penis is warm, and will help make it become more workable. Heat should help increase vein and capillary size, and therefore should help prevent injury. Five minutes is a good amount of time. But i often add extra warm outs mid work out to maintain warmness.

3) Many people have suggested 2 days on 1 day off to start with. I’d probably start with that. Increase if you see fit.

4) Recommended time is 3 months, that gives you a lot of time to research other methods of PE. Such as hanging, clamping, pumping. Which can all yield further gains.

Soreness is normal. Pain is not! You should be able to excercise every day: if you can’t then try less exercise. Soyez caution avec votre pipe, dude!

The “hot wrap” is simply to warm the tissues of the penis. I use a microwaveable heating pad, myself. There’s a great thread started by wadzilla, where he introduces the idea of heat into PE.

If the newbie routine is bringing you gains, stay with it! Some guys keep gaining on the Newbie Routine for years, so why change if it’s still working!

Sure, Thunder, but I believe wad was the first to formally introduce heat during PE… although in this post, TT discusses the idea.

I have an other question about wrap :

Can we use every cloth to do a wrap?
How works wrap technique, we have to install a wrap on the erect penis for 10 min and this technique supposes to gain some girth is it right or I’m totally wrong?

The wrap is a warm-up technique. It softens the tissues of the penis to help prevent injury and encourage faster growth. Guys usually use a washcloth to do this, but any cloth that will hold the heat in will do.
