Firm flaccid penis

Pumping is definitely going to help, I agree. Wellbutrin XL also makes my penis more spongy, do not know why. I will keep you guys updated on Lin’s products and also if I stumble across anything with my ND. He says he has a fix for it for sure, we will see. I agree that it is just plaque buildup and some scarring, it is not some big complex thing that we are talking about here. Caverject would almost certainly be a cure, and I might try that route as well, as a last resort obviously.

Ironaddict, ND is a naturopathic doc, right? I’m clueless.

The only thing that can be said about this injury with absolute certainty is that
- it is usually caused by mechanically abusing the penis
- it makes for a different flaccid and lower EQ (with all that implies - lower erectability, weaker erections).

That’s it. Other than that we’re pretty clueless.
However these things should be enough for a good uro to deduce what might be the issue.

By the way, I’m afraid that “firm flaccid” has become an umbrella term under which many diverse conditions have gathered. For example the thread-starter’s symtomps are not like my own, except for the fact that we can both put the label “firm flaccid” to it. It’s a hijacked thread in a way, or more accuratelly thread gone astray.

I’m sorry that you share this symtpom, but this is kind of good to know, as it may be a very reavealing symptom. I’ve had the same urge to massage oils and lotions into it. It has also gone a bit whiter, paler because of this dryness. In the morning it’s best, the most normal.

However I have to say this is a subtle observation and I’m not 100% certain this is not due to my excessive touching and preocupation with it. I’m gonna try giving it a rest to see if this clears up.

The only cause I can think of is that something is disrupting the microsecrection of natural fluids through the skin - the same thing that is making circulation poor.

Ok as most of you actually had one time incidents that caused this I wondered why I’d never even done PE and have this injury, then it occured to me !
A few years ago when I was 10-16 I would grind against a pillow or suchlike to achieve orgasm and did this every night, occasionally I’d get a hardon during doing this which made it impossible to achieve this flaccid orgasm. And me being young, I didn’t know what the hardon was and I just got pissed off with it, and would force my dick into the pillow or whatnot trying to make it soft and subsequently rubbing to orgasm.

This MUST be what caused the hard flaccid, because I can remember I’d get an erection whilst doing it, which made it impossible to continue, and I can remember having the erections for ages on end and they would last so long sometimes id just carry on trying to grind it.

Anyway maschina let us know how you get on ( when you have stopped using the vacuum ), I hope we are nearing the end of this ordeal. And can permanently fix our units by promoting blood flow to repair damaged fibres which may have not been used without the extra assistance of a device/viagra/etc.

Yes you’re exactly right. I have a lot of stake in this with you guys as I am suffering too but sounds like not as bad. I do however miss having the huge flaccid I know my body really produces when I am not dealing with this.

Double post, sorry mods.

According to the day I just had, you all need to go and buy pumps.

At work I had a serious 3 hour long semi-erection. Despite masturbating four days in a row now, I have yet to display any major symptoms of firm flaccid. The only thing I took was a multi-vitamin today along with fish oil. I feel if I stopped masturbating I would be doing even better, but the whole exercise is quite pleasurable along with knowing things are improving.

Just today my erection stength improved a great deal, it was pointing straight up while sitting down and remaning so with less stimulation. Also some glans inflation which seems to be slowly improving.

Still massaging and taking fish oil as the main thing. Other supplements I am cycling.

Only four days in, and I seriously cannot believe what I am seeing. I think this is all a blood flow issue.

Can I just say I suggested this earlier in this thread and was not taking seriously. :( .

All of us consistently say this is not Peyroine’s disease, yet we attribute our symptoms to fibrosis and scar tissue in the penis. That is the definition of Peyroine’s disease. The curvature that most attribute to it is simply just a symptom of the fibrosis, but the reduced blood flow, weak erections, are all symptoms of fibrosis forming. That’s why I’ve been trying to treat this like a Peyroine’s case. And there’s a great forum that has a lot of information on it which I will link if it’s not considered spamming. They say pumping is great for Peyroine’s because all the extra blood flow helps to begin removing the plaque slowly, and it also helps get nutrients to the tissues that might get further injured from the lack of blood flow caused by the plaque obstruction. I also read traction helps with peyroine’s. Anyways, those are my two cents, personally I have not tried pumping (college student living at home for a semester for financial reasons), but will as soon as I move out next semester. Keep us posted BMashina, this is great news!

Also BMashina, could you share the pumping routine you’re using?

Solid post, I am glad you bumped it looks like we just missed it. Very valid point. What do you think gentleman?

Kenqi, now you have me worried. It does explain much of what is happening (different flaccid, weak circulation to it, weak erections).

There is another explanation I was kindof putting my hopes into: a plaque that built up and presents a blockage for the bloodflow and everything, in the same way fibrosis would. To quote a member of the forum

Quote
The reason I think this is the case is because when I first got the injury, my dick was basically useless. Essentially it felt the same way it did now. Well, one day, in the shower I was messing around with it and ended up squeezing out this whitish yellowish plaque stuff out of the right side of my lower shaft. Much like popping a pimple. Barbaric, I know. But then, BOOM. Bloodflow returned, erections were great, everything was perfect. It was a very happy moment in my life. Over time, and with continued jelqing I think that this horrible devil plaque returned and became rigidly stuck in there again. It makes sense to me if it is blocking circulation, that would be the reason why I can’t get an erection and the circulation looks cut off. Besides I do feel that the left side of my dick is a lot better that my right side. The right side feels exactly like it sounds, like there just isn’t enough blood getting into it, it is smaller and less engorged. This may also explain the white spotting discoloration on my glans. Well I am going to continue hot towel wraps and massaging it like there is no tomorrow. It may just be in my head but I do think I already feel a very slight improvement. I suspect this may be what is, in the very least, causing some of your guys’ problems too.

My sides are not different though.

But if it’s a plaque like this, the penis could theoretically be opened surgically and the plaque removed no problem, and we could continue our lives as before. Seemingly invasive but truly miniscule risk.

I think the only thing that could show structural abnormalities and a blockage is a cavernosogram. A quite invasive and a bit dangerous test. So if there’s “something” there the penis should be opened for removal of this, if possible.

BMashina, what you’re seeing really sounds great.

Now those are only temporary results most likely. Our goal should be doing pumping and keeping our penises as normal as possible for a long period of time. I think in like a month, two or three, you should stop pumping and see how’s your condition without it. Then we’ll maybe know.

Ok, I’ve read alot of people saying enlargers are bad, maybe this is due to idiots over using them ? It makes me question wether I should buy one or not.
Anyway, if bmaschina manages to permanently fix his problem by this I mean, have normal erections which don’t die after 2 seconds of no stimulation, weeks after using the pump. I will definitely buy one.
But it’s a possibilty the extender is only a temporarily solution, and when you stop using it it will go back to how it was before.
However I must say the natural erections/getting blood flowing is necessary in recovery, because I’ve stopped masturbating - and I have less morning wood now, less random erections than when I was masturbating once or twice a week.

Can you tell us is morning wood any better ?

Very interesting read:

Says pumps can help peyronies which can be caused by BENDING AN ERECT PENIS, which is exactly what I think I did !!

PLEASE I hope we have finally found the cure, and the cure being forcing blood flow into scar tissues to eventually heal it :) :)

Another great day so far guys, I know it may not be a permanent fix yet Owen. Seems we have all learned many things that seemed to be working began to stop after some time. But I will use this as long as possible, it was cheap so it may break sooner or later though. I had to cut the rubber insert part because it was way too small and would have been a Chinese finger trap on my dick.

This really does feel different though. I don’t get that uncomfortable firm flaccid feeling anymore, I haven’t had it for 5 days. Flaccid is bigger, and not firm most of the time. Erections seem to be doing better. Sorry venomx, I cannot comment on morning wood that well because my sleep pattern has been so messed up lately. I have been smoking a lot lately too, which is not helping the EQ.

Kenqi, sorry man, I must have missed it as well. None the less it is a great idea.

venomx, I know I read a some things on how pumps are dangerous. I think pumping goes hand in hand with a lot of things. We already injured ourselves PEing, so when we pump we should KNOW how much is too much, and not do something stupid.

My routine is shower for warm-up. Try to let the hot water hit my unit for a while. Massage, then I watch some porn to get a quick hard on and pump lightly for the first pump, probably only a minute long.

Wait around, massage, do something else. The erections is supposed to subside, but never completely does after pumping.

Do it again, a little bit longer. Wait again, massage.

That is all I would do for the first day. As I had some very mild discoloration. After that first day I added one more pump for a total of three pumps, each one slightly longer than the previous.

GL guys.
