DMSO + Iodine Experimental Treatment for Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid

Can someone tell the success rate among TP’s users who had that problem and used DMSO/I in order to fix the it? Does any one had the problem prior to PE and succeeded with that treatment?

From where should I order DMSO/I? Have any one checked for possible side effects beside what that’s written here? (Maybe problems that can pop in a few years from now?).

I think that I have one of the worst cases here, if I’ll go through this procedure I will take photos and videos of my penis when soft/erect, believe me, the difference is very noticeable. I will be very happy it succeeds, I’ve been thinking about the problem for 3.5 years, I have premature ejaculation mostly because of knowing that I’m not functioning as I should, I don’t enjoy sex as much as I could, I only lasts for 2-3 minutes, that’s very depressing, I simply can’t get it out of my head..

Thank you for the information and the second chance to cure myself!

That picture is that all of these problems are actually caused by chronic pelvic muscle dysfunction.

Though I certainly can’t say how, I do believe the Iodine by itself does help with calming some of these muscles, thereby resulting in a reduction (but not cure) of the symptoms. That wouldn’t surprise me, at least, since it is important in so many biochemical functions of the body. Further, iodine does absorb topically into the skin and into the blood stream.

I have been taking detoxified iodine for 5 days based on the recommended dosage scheme, but, more importantly, I have begun making a real effort (for the first time in my life) to sit with immaculate posture, all the time. I have suffered from manageable (without pain meds) but chronic back pain/discomfort for quite a few years (even though I’m only 23 years old now) and I’m starting to join the dots. I do not believe it is any coincidence that my back is so screwed up and that I also experience so many pelvic symptoms, of which I now include the glans/CS/hard flaccid issues.

Since Adjusting my posture, I have noticed that I am able to keep my pelvic floor area in a relaxed state far more easily (while sitting correctly). However, since my back is so used to slouching, all those support muscles that haven’t been getting used are very weak and are themselves complaining, so it’s going to take some time, but I think for anyone with these problems, it’s worth your effort to try and make an effort with your posture.

I have been doing a lot of reading over at the http://hardflaccid.org/ forums and the stuff there really makes a lot of sense. Especially since there are (very slowly) more and more people who are reporting a total remission of symptoms, via various methods that treat the muscles of the pelvic floor and not merely the symptoms exhibited by the penis.

For everyone suffering from these problems, this is excellent news. I believe it means, this is not venous leakage - [you]there is nothing wrong with your penis![/you] It is the pelvic floor muscles that control the in- and out-flow of blood into your penis that is causing these symptoms. This is why vein embolism or stripping surgeries are only temporal, and will not actually treat the problem. If you can sustain an erection even if it is not right (no CS/glans/super hard-shaft with little sensitivity) then it is unlikely you have venous leakage. People with VL, I feel, are more likely to lose their entire erection, quite rapidly, but I think THAT is a whole other kettle of fish, that I’ve never tried to deal with in these threads. That being said, I would recommend the topical DMSO/I treatment if you suspect you may be suffering from venous leakage. That and seeing the best urologist you can find in your area.

I suggest anyone who has been following this thread to head over to http://hardflaccid.org/ and start reading the forums. Membership there is by invite only (you have to ask obitoo via pm and he may or may not accept you) but even without membership, you can still do the reading.

I hope I haven’t sounded too preachy, I am, once again, excited about this new information as it comes to hand! :)

I can’t edit, after reading http://www.scienceofmassage.com/dnn…7/medicalc.aspx and over on hardflaccid.org I don’t really know what to think, is there a problem with the vein? Is it a venous leakage? If not, why does the DSMO/I helps? I also have some neck pains and a short hamstring (with scar tissue) \ lower back pains once in a while, maybe all of this are effecting my pelvic floor too.

I can’t really kegel when erect, when I kegel the blood isn’t trapped, it’s getting out very fast, I can hold a kegel for 2-3 seconds.

Does those facts combine into something?

I think I’ll start with the DMSO/I, what should I do to know if I have problems with the pelvic floor muscles? How do you treat it? (I can’t do yoga in a hot room, there isn’t a place who’s offering it in my country).

Conquering my goals.

QSQ, Everyone I’ve come into contact with who’s had the intervential radiologist perform the ligation/embolism surgery, after 6 months or more, has slowly had their symptoms come back, as the new veins will gradually re-innervate along the same pathways that the closed vein used to take. So the first problem with that surgery is that it is only temporary. The second problem, I believe, is its not actually fixing the real issue, but merely the masking the symptom.

When you first started having this problem, did you experience some kind of trauma?

The test that indicated to me that made me believe I don’t have a venous leak is, if I consciously (very difficult) relax my pelvic floor, while standing sitting or in any position, my glans and CS will start to fill up and the blood will stay there. If I just had a venous leak, I can see no reason why relaxation of these muscles would have any impact on my penis whatsoever. But those muscles are so messed up it is almost impossible to hold this relaxation for more than a few minutes. When I say relax, I am referring to (I think) a reverse kegal - a normal kegel is primarily the contraction of some muscles which compresses the bulb of the inner penis, which shunts whatever blood is already in the bulb up into the penis).

I believe this is also the reason you experience better erections while sitting than standing. All the muscles of the inner pelvic and lower back and even upper legs are connected. So when you are standing, the leg muscles are engaged and the lower back muscles and abdominal support muscles, all of those muscles are working together to keep you upright, and I believe somewhere along the lines they are also causing the pelvic floor muscles to spasm or contract unnecessarily, thereby resulting in worse symptoms when standing. While you’re sitting, there are fewer muscles (but not none) contracting, so it would make sense that your symptoms are lessened.

So the fact that you have short hamstrings and lower back pain, in think, could definitely be part of the problem. I also have very inflexible hamstrings and calf muscles, even though the rest of my body is hypermobile. I also experience chronic neck pain.

There nothing else I can really say that hasn’t already been said in my last few posts in this and the other thread. There is a huge amount of information at the hardflaccid.org site. If there are no doctors in your area who understand enough about this stuff then you might have to start showing them information from that and this website or resign yourself to looking into other countries where you might able to find better treatment. I don’t know.

One of the most frustrating things about this problem is it makes PE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to successfully perform. For instance, I have found that in the firm flaccid state (or rubbery semi-erection state) jelqing and pumping give you almost no benefit, because the tissues are so contracted that all you end up doing is rubbing the skin and not getting any penetration. I have only recently (weeks ago) discovered that if I do my jelqing while sitting with better posture, and my pumping while lying down, I get much better results. Like, not even comparable.

I would recommend you to buy yourself a pump, it won’t cure your problem but it will help a bit with your EQ. Also, DMSO/I + pumping, I believe, can breakup scar tissue in your penis, which will also improve your EQ (but won’t fix hardflaccid/deflated glans/CS - but may help a little, as it has with me and others).

I really don’t remember if I experienced some sort of trauma, when I was young I remember that I used to play a lot with my penis and maybe I’ve done something that caused damage.

How many people had reported that 6 months after the surgery they had the problem again? From what I recall Yatanghan50 was the only one here who had the surgery and still enjoys the outcome (after 4-5 years).

Why do you think that DMSO/I won’t fix the deflated glans problem? Hasn’t it contribute to you? Do you still suffer from deflated glans? If not, what have you done to cure yourself?

By “hard flaccid”, can you please explain what do you mean? Does your flaccid state is “hard”? My flaccid is flaccid, sometimes I shrink..

Do you have a problem in your CS? Have your research shown a connection between the pelvic floor and the CS not inflating? I feel like I can’t trap blood in my CS because the blood simply goes back as soon as I release the kegel, nothing is stopping it from deflating.

From what I read, most of the users who used DMSO/I have seen an improvement with their deflating glans, am I wrong? Have they done something else?

I felt a pain when masturbating in the past, it started under the base and run through the shaft, I also got a very hard pain when I peed a few times, I felt that something is burning deep under the base (for a few seconds, like a needle in there).

What are the main recommendations over at hardflaccid for curing the deflated glans\CS problem? Are you trying them? I can’t really find anything that deals only with that.

Thanks!

Conquering my goals.

While reading that post, I can feel a strange feeling in my pelvic floor (the area between the butt and the start of the balls), it’s kind of a pain mixed with a squashed feeling there (it feels like a muscle who’s contracted or sprained), but if I suffer from that it’s really bad, I must have had it for years now (not a few months like most people over hardflaccid have it), and it will be extra hard to fix it.

Also, the upper part of my shaft when flaccid is “numb”, also the head is extra shrunk most of the time, and after a workout or even a light walk it shrinks more - there are times which my head is kind of blue and really numb.

Have you bought the book that obitoo recommended? (From amazon).

I run a lot, about 3-4 times a week, I had weeks with 5-6 times a week, almost all of the muscles in my body are short and I’m really not flexible at all.

Conquering my goals.

Finally had time to read the entire thread.

Well, I’ll start with DMSO/I, I don’t have anything to loose (I hope), about the scar tissues, I defiantly have a scar tissue on the upper part of my shaft, which causes a upper curve, I can fill that something is pulling the upper part of my shaft when I stretch my flaccid, if I pull from the glans I can feel that something in the upper part is limiting the stretch (on the tunica), the lower part of my CS/CC can get longer.

I always thought that my upper curve is because I used to wear tanga underwear (regular ones, not gay bikini ones) as a little kid, when I got an erection my penis would go up and get the shape of the underwear, which is curved, so that kept my erect penis for quite a while in a curved shape in night and day (it still a good theory), for the record, I’m using looses boxers now :)

I can’t really understand how the hardflaccid suppose to look or feel, after sex I get into a flaccid state which is like erected (can feel my CC kind of inflated).

So, I have a scar tissue from when I was young, the only time I see my glans inflated is when I press on the dorsal vein on my shaft or when I use something to trap blood in my penis.

I can’t get to a relax state in my pelvic muscle like Tweaking mentioned, so I can’t be sure that there’s something in my pelvic floor muscle that causes that, I remember my erection from when I was younger (13~) and I never had inflated glans, I get the shiny effect only when I trap blood using a cock ring or a clamp (or if I press on my shaft and kegel hard).

I think that my scar tissue is much harder then the rest here, it had aged with me so I’ll need to use some PE (with the DMSO/I) to get rid of it (hopefully), I’m afraid of getting ED because of some inner tissue corruption due to using DMSO/I and inner scar tissues changing.

Another point here is my CS which only inflates if something it trapping blood in my penis or when something stimulating my shaft and I can kegel blood without getting deflated (e.g. Inside a tight vagina). When I get a regular erection I have a poor erection, no inflating of CS or glans (it’s 90% CC erection), when flaccid I tend to shrink, the upper part of my shaft is “thinner” and sometimes looks ‘blue’ like there isn’t blood under the surface.

I can’t really do PE because my overall erections are quite poor (my CC is rockhard while the rest if empty), I get morning woods, and when I stand my erection is shorter then when I lay down or sit, my past experience with PE wasn’t that good, I haven’t had real gains, just improved EQ which looked like a sign of gain, I need to sort the glans \ CS problem before I can go into PE seriously, only improving those things will give me a gain in girth and a bit of length too, the overall look will be much better too.

I really hope to see some improvement getting out of it, I will be very disappointed if there won’t be any improvement.

I will update here about my progress, if someone have any tips or advises, please post here of PM me.

Going to order Iodine and DMSO from amazon, thought of ordering from Phil’s site, but I want to start with the best Iodine/DMSO there is, can someone refer me to the product everybody else were using here?

Thanks!

The best Iodine is Phils.

What I recommend for you is pumping for ED. This will make sure you get good oxygenation to the tissues and help keep them normal and healthy as possible.

Avocet has a thread on it here;

Vacuum Pumping when you have ED; the short version, according to Avocet8

He says to work up to 4-6 sessions of 5 minutes each, but I and many guys find 10-15 minutes about all we can handle without dropping EQ. So start with the lower ends of vacuum levels, about 3 in hg and 5 minutes, for the first week or so. Then add a second session of 2 minutes, so first a 5 minute session, then take a break, massage it out, and do another 2 minute session.

The third week, do two 5 minute sessions. So go up by 2 minutes each week with each time in the pump limit to 5 minutes. So work up slowly like this. Keep a journal and keep close track of EQ and that means all categories (read my thread if unsure).

Once you get up to 3-4 sessions of 5 minutes, you can now try and increase vacuum level by 1 in hg each week until you get to 5 in hg, I wouldn’t go higher than that.

Eventually you will find the amount of time and vacuum levels that keep your dick in peak condition…then just keep it there.

What this should do is keep your penis in great shape while you experiment with DMSO and iodine or whatever you decide to try and find a way to improve your condition.

Good luck!

I’ll try to order a pump, it will be hard to hide it in my room, I hope that the major manufacturers are delivering across sea, which one should I buy?

Thanks!

ThickWall Co UK services the UK market and perhaps the EU as well.

Has this experiment been abandoned? I am healthy and in my twenties and my EQ is not where I would like it to be, not that it is terrible, but I feel it is not (and never has been) on par with others my age. I tried a protocol of 14 drops DMSO, 8 drops nascent Iodine, 3 drops of Magnesium Chloride for a few days a week for a few weeks and saw no results, positive or negative. I’ve never had the deflated glans or hard flaccid issues, so you can consider me something of a control subject. I just thought I’d share my results (or lack thereof) for anyone else considering doing this.

I am still using the DMSO/I mixture daily but I started Trimix injections in August which have solved my ED problems. Accordingly, I am unable to determine whether the mixture reduced my scar tissue/venous leak. However, my required dosage of Trimix has been reduced which the DMSO/I may have contributed to, but it is more likely the Trimix induced erections have forced in more oxygen which has repaired the damaged tissue.

On the positive side, the mixture has reduced most of the discoloration caused by my pumping and extending. I have also recently been applying the mixture after rubbing vitamin E oil on my glans and this has reduced the time needed to reverse some minor bruising resulting from my VacExtender. It has also reduced the size of a wort on my wrist by 75%.

Could you tell us more?

I suspected that my 15 year battle with ED (diabetes induced) had worsened recentl due to a venous leak ( no longer able to generate or maintain an erection without tight constriction, even with 100 mg of Viagra.

I believe it was in June when I came across this thread and decided to start daily applications of DMSO/I solution to see if it would have any positive influence on my ED by reducing possible scar tissue blocking the flow of blood into/out of the penile chambers. I also had discoloration on my glans which I wanted to reverse.

After a few weeks, the discoloration had indeed mostly disappeared, but no discernable improvement in my ED. In August(two months into the DMSO treatment, I started using Trimix injections, which provided me with 1.5 - 2 hour rock hard erections. I have now been on Trimix for five months and still get the same erection quality, but my effective dosage has been reduced from 45 units to 10 units. The Uro believes the additional oxygen forced in by the induced erections is repairing damaged tissue which enables less Trimix to do the trick. However, perhaps the DMSO/I is helping.

It is a known fact that the injections often cause scar tissue which can eventually cause Pyrones. It is for this reason that I continue the daily application. So far, no scar tissue but it usually takes a year before the first signs of scar tissue begin to appear. I will definitely report back with my condition next Augest, but it is a fact that there hase been no return of discoloration and I pump and Vac extend almost daily.

I wonder if this treatment can also improve size?
