I won’t lie to you and say that I haven’t wanted to haha. I just feel good working coming from this so I don’t want to over do it for myself.

Honestly, I just bought one of the hanging clamp lamp attachments and bought an IR bulb. Cost effective and simple. Seems to be getting the job done just fine.

Part of me wants to create a progress report thread with pictures, but I’m not sure if I want to.

Would you believe I was thinking that same thing? I’ve never been that big on exhibition and the idea only appeals because I know maybe someone would benefit and learn from it.

But…the most illustrated progress reports we get, the more the skeptics and undecided can see that the process works. That’s the main thing I keep coming back to.

Hmm. I suppose it would be for the greater cause. I’ll keep it in mind. Just kind of a personal thing, as to why I haven’t yet, I suppose.

Another day tackled.

Today:
- 8 min hot wrap
- 2 rounds of 5 stretches geld for 50 secs
- 200 jelqs
- 60 kegels
Warm down in the shower.

Today I reaaallllyyyy felt the stretch. I’m not sure what it was about today, but damn was I feeling it. In a good way, though. Jelqing seems to be more effective with me counting each one rather than the timed run. Today it actually took me about 12 mins to do all 200 with minimal breaks. I took a break every 50 just because. Didn’t have to stop to let erections subside.

Side note, morning wood was decent. Not the best, but I’d say about an 8. I’d consider that good.

Doing my best to cut out porn again. Watched a little bit one day and all the sudden I’m hooked again. No idea why that’s so difficult. I had been using it a bit when edging and accidentally came a couple days ago. Dear god, load increase was incredible. I’ve been taking a lot of L arginine as well as niacin (here and there on the niacin. Flush is pretty intense.) I think this has been a great addition to my supplements.

Today was actually all around a good day. Had an intense gym session. Was able to do a single handstand pushup and work went well with no problems.

Tomorrow is a much needed off day.

This workout spans the yesterday and today, no deviation from my usual.

- 8 min hot wrap
- 2 rounds of 5 stretches held for 50 sec
- 200 jelqs
- 60 kegels
Warm down in shower.

Stretches and jelqs done under IR lamp as usual. I’ll be measuring in a couple days, even though I technically just measured.

Flaccid feels nice and heavy after my workout today. Notcibly red as well. I pulled slightly harder during stretches and am feeling more stretch than before. It seems like I’m able to stretch further as well.

Looking to add the extender for x4 labs I just got in, but I’m not certain how I want to add it yet.

Past two days my workouts have been just like my last.

Forgot to post about them and forgot to post my new stats.

Flaccid is right over 4” I’d say 4 and 2/16”. BPEL is almost at 5 and a half! It’s at 5 3/8” EG is at 4 1/2”

Pleased with my results so far. I’m thinking I’m going to wait one more month before I add the x4 and next week I will be adding JAI stretching.

I still feel pretty nice and worked from this. Since I started counting the jelqs instead if using time, I’ve noticed I’ve gained a decent amount of girth pretty fast. I’ve also been getting much more frequent erections. I actually woke up in the middle of the night last night due to an erection. Really caught me off guard haha.

I’ve usually only woken up to morning wood.

Needless to say, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” right?

Very good read that I found earlier in the day. I noticed the last post was in 2010 and I thought it would be a good idea to share it. Good information. I’ll be reading it over again tomorrow and might end up doing the test it provides.

Maybe it will help with getting better gains.

Did you stop your routine?

I apologize. I ended up getting really busy with work and had lack of motivation. I’m going to pick this back up again and get out of this rut.

Hey man, don’t worry about it. This was a small setback. You’ve done one of the best PE routines I’ve seen from beginners like me. You’ll get over the hump and when you do you got a good bit of readers keeping up with your routine for motivation including me. Keep up the good work and can’t wait till you’re back with us.

I appreciate it! Work is starting to let up and the 13 plus hour shifts are starting to come to an end. So I’m hoping either this week, or next, that I’ll be back for good!

I know I posted about recently buying an extender from x4 labs, but I haven’t used it due to time restraints and not having the right support. I’ll be ordering the infinite quad support within the next week or two also, so I look forward to being able to actually use this and track progress.

Logging my first workout in awhile. It feels good to finally be back into this.

Today I solely did a warm up and two rounds of stretching. I am trying to figure out a split routine that I can do a bit in the morning and the rest in the evening.

Today:
- 5 min hot wrap
- 2 rounds of stretching, each held for 45 seconds in 5 directions (down, up, right, left, out.)

I did happen to measure before I did my session and, much to my surprise, I actually haven’t lost any erect length or girth at all like I thought I would be. My EQ I’d a completely different story. Flaccid was about half an inch less than before. I actually don’t remember what I ended on with girth, but I think it has actually gained since I’ve stopped. I believe it was less than 4.5 inches, which is what I measured at today.

I’ll have to look back to confirm, but interesting.

I have decided to try a split schedule. One session in the morning before work and one before bed. I am going to try edging before hand as a warm up and see how that goes. Going to start basically from the beginning and work my way up. After 5 weeks, I’ll do one week of deconditioning, then measure again and start over.

My goals for this 6 weeks (starting today):
1. Length gains (of course)
2. EQ improvement
3. Prevent turtling
4. No porn

So obviously right now I’m targeting length gains, but I’ll be throwing jelqing a bit to help with stimulus. I’d like to improve my EQ. It seems to have decreased a lot from where I was when I first started PE and I attribute that to porn. Lastly, revert to last sentence for my fourth goal. As for the third, I had a great sense of fulfillment when I originally did this and had no turtling at all. It’s a really good feeling and I believe it helps with confidence as well as motivation.

I think in the mornings I’ll go a little lighter, then a little heavier on the second session since I’ll have the night to rest and recover.

So my morning routine will look like this:
- 5 mins edging for warm up (subject to change
- 30 second stretches in 5 directions
- 25 kegels (no hold yet)
- warm down in shower/edge

Second session:
- 5 min edging for warm up
- 30 second stretches in 5 directions
- 50 light jelqs
- 25 kegels (no hold yet)
- 5 mins edging for warm down

The plan, for now, is 1 on and 1 off. This will be adjusted as I see fit. I’ve done my workout this morning and will post on it after I do my second one in a bit.
