Today is off day. I edged a little this morning due to morning wood and will probably do so later tonight. Flaccid is hanging awesome. Gotta love these workouts.

Another good session today. It definitely feels and looks larger. Measuring on my next off day. Jelqing took longer than expected. For some reason I kept getting an erection, but I didn’t do anything different tonight. One thing I did do differently was stretches in the shower with the heat from the water while stretching. I’ve been using my phone’s stopwatch to get exact times rather than counting and just found a better way to do so while in the shower. (Often while stopwatch is going the screen turns off.)

Jelqing took longer, but I feel like this was my best session in terms of how my member has felt afterward.

Did this same routine yesterday as well. Falling behind a bit on my posting due to time restraints. Today will be the same routine as well. I planned on measuring before this last group of training, but I forgot to go find a tailor tape measure lol. So if I get off work early enough today I’ll try to find one and measure tomorrow on my off day.

Oh. I also forgot to mention that I have been doing subliminals with this as well. It’s a set of four, ten minute subliminals that I downloaded to my phone and one of them is a silent track. You’re suggested to listen to all four (three of them have waves as the background music and one is silent.) I listen to the silent one periodically throughout the day, and the other three right before bed. The fourth one I allctually set on repeat for the entire night. I don’t think I’ve made any gains with it particularly, but I do think it’s helped with my mindset on the subject.

Also, I found the MENS routine (Melatonin, exercise, niacin, sleep) in the supplements forum that I figure is worth a go. So I’ll be headed to the store tonight to see if I can’t find some flush niacin, I already have melatonin.

This session was very exciting for me. Before I started, I went to the store and finally found a tailoring measure. When I got home, I measured. I had originally only measured bpel at 4.5” I didn’t have that tape measure at the time so I couldn’t measure girth and never thought of measuring flaccid.

So before my session, my BPEL increased .5” to 5” and my EG at one mark over 4”. My flaccid was at 3.5”. If I kegeled I could get another 1/8 inch or more on erect length. Didn’t measure after my session because I didn’t see the need to.

They might not be any impressive lengths, but I’ve also only been at it for a month and am amazed by the results and very excited for future gains.

With that said, tomorrow is rest day!

Tracking my off day. Loving the improved EQ from all of this.

Hmm. I guess I forgot to log my workout for yesterday. Anyways, yesterday was this:

I’ve been doing two rounds of my 5 stretches, I think I’ll start doing 3 rounds, starting today.

Today:

- 5 minute hot wrap
- 3 sets of 5 x 40 second stretches (down, up, left, right, out)
- 10 minute 5 second jelq
- 50 kegels
Warm down in the shower.

I moved the jelqs back down to 10 minutes. I just like 10 minutes as opposed to 12. I feel like it’s just the right amount of time for me right now. Really liked the way I felt after adding an extra set to the stretches. Flaccid feels nice and worked after this session.

Missed this weekend just for relaxation purposes.

I went back to two rounds of stretches instead if three. It just feels like the right amount. Going to add five seconds to each with my next session.

My eq has been doing really well, also.
I’d say it ranges from 8 to 9/10.

My next measuring date will be at the end of this month 8/26.

Same routine for 8/6 and today. EQ has been getting pretty awesome. I almost feel like I’m too hard at times haha. However, it has led me to masturbating a bit more often. It hasn’t affected my EQ, though, so maybe that isn’t such a bad thing.

I will post more later.

In other news, I’ve also seen an increase in load as well. I’ve been taking a 500mg dose of niacin in the morning and one at night, as well as a dose of l arginine throughout the day (between meals) though I don’t remember the exact amount right now for the day. In addition, I got back on my multivitamins. It’s working wonders right now!

So I actually missed last night’s session because I feel asleep after a hard days work -_-

HOWEVER, I will make up for it today and call it a rest day. I’m headed to the store to see if I can’t find some stuff for an infrared lamp to use for my heat source! Beyond stoked.
