To Track Some Size Gains

Ok. So this is still my routine:

- 5 minute hot wrap
- 2 sets of 5 x 50 second stretches (down, up, left, right, out)
- 10 minute 5 second jelq
- 50 kegels
Warm down in the shower.

I have started using an infrared heat lamp as a hear source during stretches and jelqing.

Dear god, those things will make you sweat your assistance off hahaha.

Had a really awesome session. I felt like I was stretching a bit further than before and I could feel the blood circulating like crazy. Excited to see the outcome of this!

Also, I think I’m going to measure on the first of the month rather than 8/twenty whatever I had previously stated. A lot easier to remember measuring dates.

For my session last night:

I didn’t post last night because I got home from work late and immediately passed out afterward. Today is rest day.

I really like using the IR lamp. It feels like I’m getting a lot out of it. I’m having a rough time lately keeping erections level down during jelqing, though, so it took me a bit longer. I know it was effects from the workout, but my flaccid did measure at 4” rather than 3.5” afterward. I know that’s temporary, but it makes me feel like I had a great session and results are coming.

Posting for today’s workout. Took a couple days off this weekend to have a life lol.

- 5 minute hot wrap
- 5 stretches for 50 seconds each for two sets under IR Lamp
- 10 minutes jelq under IR Lamp*
- 50 kegels

* So I’ve had a hard time lately keeping my EQ low during jelqs. That said, I’m not sure how long I actually did these today. I’m estimating 10 minutes, I went longer past the time it would normally take since I had to stop here and there to let erections subside.

In addition, I started a test boost (T-bomb) and a Deer Velvet supplement for my gym sessions. I’ll try to keep track for any other benefits relating to PE.

As for what I have been taking (L Arginine and Niacin), I’ve seen a good increase in load size and probably libido as well.

Very happy with my flaccid hang lately. If I had a ruler with me right now I’d actually measure it because it definitely seems to have grown. It seems more full and hangs well. No turtling whatsoever.

I actually don’t think I’ve turtled at all since I started PE. I did before, but I didn’t know it was any big deal haha.

Oh to be young and naive.

Anyways, today’s workout:

- 5 min hot wrap (was actually already pretty warm from a hard days work in this ridiculous Texas heat)
- 5 stretches held for 55 seconds for two sets under IR lamp. (upped 5 seconds from my last several sessions)
- 11 min jelq under IR lamp
- 50 kegels
Warm down in the shower.

So this heat lamp, though. I’m loving every minute of it. I swear I can feel it increasing the circulation. I have been getting a better stretch and tension during so. As for jelqing, I think it was giving me a hard time at first because the extra blood flow seemed to make me get erect frequently throughout the sessions. However, today, I was able to keep that at a minimum and had a great session. The extra minute was added due to that.

Tomorrow is a much needed rest day!

- Going back to 50 second stretches in 5 directions for a total of two rounds
- 11 minute wet jelqs
- 60 kegels

Man, I meant to post with my results last night but I immediately passed out after laying down.

My session was great. I feel a bit more expansion during jelqs and more stretch while stretching. I did my jelqs a bit like Memento’s version he did in New Jelq City. Basically use minimal erections and Jelq downward, it causes a slight stretch, then at the end of the time set for jelqs, holding the last stroke and ease into a stretch hold. I felt good and worked after that. Woke up with some good morning wood, so I guess that’s a good sign!

I’ve had a good flaccid all day. Seemed maybe a little bit fuller, rather than longer lately.

So today’s workout was exactly like the last one. Took the extra time during warm up. This time I stayed fairly flaccid during my jelqs! I might have has a small spike in EQ, but I was able to keep it under control before it became an issue and having to stop.

The unit is nice and red, worked and warm!

I’ve decided to do my schedule as follows (like I did this week):

Saturday: On
Sunday: On
Monday: Off
Tuesday: On
Wednesday: On
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off

It’s tailored to my off days at work. Thursday is a half day, fully off on Friday and Saturday, but use Saturday to prepare myself for work the next day.

I’ve done this particular schedule this week and it’s seemed pretty effective for myself.

After my two days off, it’s time to put some work in again. Quoting my last workout seeing as its the same one I did today. Since I’ve been off for two days, I broke my will to wait til the first to measure and did so.

It seems I’m now at 5 3/16” making that a gain of 3/16”. Pleased to see some growth! That’s also with an EQ at about 8, arguably a 9, but I lose a lot of EQ while reaching for the ruler. Girth came in at 4 2/16” which I believe is a 1/16” difference from my last measurement.

Forgot to make my post last night as I went straight to bed after my session. Everything went great.

I’ve noticed my morning wood EQ has gone down a bit, but it could be due to masturbation. Going to stop for a few weeks again just to see how it goes.

Back at it after one rest day.

Today:
- 8 min hot wrap
- 2 rounds 5 x 50 sec stretches
- 10 Jai stretches in each direction
- 200 jelqs (3 sec count)
- 60 kegels

Kept my warm up at 8 min because I’ve been enjoying that amount of time under wraps. Stretches stayed the same. I added Jai stretches after reading some of Crusher Brooks posts and discussing it a bit with him. I’m doing them for two seconds out, then two seconds retracting. Doing 10 reps up, down, left, right, and out. Kegels stayed the same as well, I just always feel really worked from them.

My end result today was this is the most worked my unit has felt, in a good way. After I did the kegels, I edged for a few minutes. When everything was finished, I felt really satisfied with this routine. My unit felt nice and worked, flaccid a bit longer and plumped.

I’d say today was a definite win. Going to watch PIs for feedback.

So before my session today, I’ve decided to measure flaccid length because I didn’t do that the other day when I measured erect. The only reason I’m doing this ahead of schedule is due to the fact that it looked like a big gain the past couple of days.

Looking back through my thread, the last time I measured I was at 3.5” flaccid length.

Having just measured, it is at 4 1/16”.
Very surprised to see that. I’ve been using an IR Lamp since the last measure in July and I’m pretty stoked.

I had to use the heat lamp for warm up because I forgot to wash all my wash cloths so I could use the hot wrap. Which makes me really sad. I feel like the lamp did just fine. Wrapped some toilet paper around my balls so they didn’t get too warm. It’s just uncomfortable.

I didn’t do JAI stretches today because I just really didn’t feel up to it. Today was a very long day for me and I need some rest, both me and my downstairs neighbor!

Rest day tomorrow and Friday.
It’s back on Saturday.
