Reigniting My Gains

I declare this thread the axis of me restarting my routine. I will use this thread as a means to catalog my upcoming growth and general health improvement. Along with a newbie routine period to start I plan on moving back into hanging and delving into clamping. As of this writing my current goals are around an 8.5 BPEL x 6.5 or higher EG. Currently I have a hard time orgasming during piv so I will be researching and attempting to improve that. I will also be practicing a new general exercise routine to promote general health, reduced fat pad, better cardiovascular performance, and improving general attractiveness and staying power. I have been a long time member, with several long time breaks. Wish me luck, measurements and progress pics to come later.

Alright, got my first day back at the gym, and first exercise night last night.

Managed to get starting stats.

BPEL: 7 1/4
Bpfl: 5.0
EG: 1 3/4 = 5.5
FG : 1 3/4 = 5.5

Might as well post the current regimen.

Currently: reconditioning with the newbie routine.

I am interested in the potential gains that could be had by including edging into the routine. I want to get back to hanging but that takes a long time. I thing I will be sticking to manuals for a while at least. Once I achieve some length goals I will move onto clamping for girth. Seeing how I have an inch to gain in both areas this will be an interesting journey.

I just did some brief calculations to figure out approximate size currently and approximate size once goals have been reached. My numbers may be a bit rough but its all good.

Current erect mass: 17.44 in^3

Objective erect mass : (@ 8.5 x 6.5) 28.57 in^3

Potential change: 11.13 in^3 ( ~ 63.82 % )

Just thought this would be an interesting tid bit to add in. I’ve always found the difference in mass on medium to big gainers to be really inspiring. Some guy can gain an inch in length and increase total mass by 15 percent, or an inch in girth and increase in 50%, even some people who start small literally doubling their size with relatively small gains. I have always found those things impressive, so any substantial change will hopefully be followed by a mass measurement.

About a year or two ago I managed to hang onto my routine and add hanging for about 6 months and gained I think about 1/2 an inch in length and no standard change to girth. However I think my measurements might have been skewed. I don’t remember specifically but I think the measurement I in which I gained the half was post workout so invalid. I am hoping to do better record keeping and a shorter overall routine making it easier to maintain.

I have actually been into PE since I first found out about the routine when I was about 14 or 15, and since I didn’t record my personal measurements or really keep up with the routine I didn’t get very good results but did wind up with a decent D. I did develop a strong kegel and good orgasmic control.

EQ seems to be down, at least from yesterday, I have been experimenting with trying ADS and some slinkys, those are out. Going back to 5 wu 5 stretch 5 jelq 5 wd for now to ease things up. I need to be patient, just like I tell everyone else. Also I am beginning to be unsure of the effectiveness of the holy grail stack I am currently using. Need to re research the build to make sure I am taking proper doses.

Some gains are nice but its not worth it if I lose EQ so yeah, porn detox, only edge when I am supposed to.

NOTES: I have since taken a week off, because I am lazy. I still do maintenance routine during the day, pre pee pulls etc. The BPEL measurement might be off a bit as I had stretched using pre pee pulls earlier in the day, but the measurement was before the official workout of the day. EQ seems solid. I wonder if I am measuring BEG wrong, but will take the gains shown so far.

I’m still going, but haven’t measured recently. A couple sessions skipped here and there. I am experimenting with and ADS (ace bandage with a cable clamp to secure an exercise band tied below my knee. Pulls a lot of hair and the head gets cold after about 20 minutes. I am considering buying or making a silicone ADS, but I also just ordered the led core for the Cock Coil ADS, I am hoping that the CC is what I am looking for. Keeping the soldier either in wrap or ADS with an hour here and there to reinforce bloodflow. I recently started looking around the forums at mattersofsize, good info and theory from DLD but I don’t have the money for a lot of the devices. Most of my journey is going to be DIY unless I get a bathmate. I tried an air pump a while back but I think that I got a tube too big for me. The bathmate seems much better than an air pump though. I was wondering if there was a homemade equivalent to a bathmate. I am also using subliminal blaster and hypnosis videos to reinforce the mental game, I don’t think I have made any physical gains but the mentality and confidence boost have been great. Is your flaccid girth the same as erect girth?

Yes it is. As far as I can tell anyway. I try not to pull very tight so it might be a bit inaccurate.
