Why Pumpers Experience NO GAINS

There are some major principles that fledgling pumpers fail to do, and report no gains. I have been pumping for a very long time, and have gained .5 inch permanent girth in matter of months. I also privately messaged some of the biggest gainers out there, to find out that our philosophy is synonymous.

Here is a list of important things that I have learned from myself and other big gainers:

1. Never masturbate on your off days. Your tunica and penile tissue can repair itself very quickly. If you masturbate, your penis will retract and your flaccid state will be much thinner. This results in your penile tissue repairing itself in a smaller state rather than a larger state. If you do masturbate, make sure its on one of those pumping days, NOT your resting days. 2. Don’t have resting days. Clubber is one of those big girth gainers, and he personally PM’ed me saying that resting days are for lazy people and that it results in no, or modest gains. You MUST either lightly jelk on your resting days, or use a very low pressure to maintain and solidify your gains. The tunica and penile tissue could heal in a thinner fashion if you have resting days. When you start cementing gains, then you can think about rest periods but even then you should lightly jelk in the shower or spare time.

3. Very important to have an erection while pumping, this will reduce the risk of injury and you will experience less lymphatic fluid buildup. Watch porno and be obsessed with porno. Edging is also good, but try to edge for a whole day and don’t masturbate. You should only masturbate NO MORE than 3 times a week, yes I know this might be hard for some people but so are penis gains. You must work hard. Clubber is one of those people to watch porno while pumping or clamping, and his gains are immense. I do the same thing and have had fast and permanent gains.

4. This might be an obvious for many, but don’t overindulge in caffeinated products. Products such as coke, energy drinks, and coffee are vascular constrictors, and will hinder gains. If you smoke than forget about it, exit out of forum because you will never experience any long lasting girth gains. I used to smoke, and quit only because I wanted a bigger penis. I could care less about my lungs, but when It comes to my penis nothing is going to stop me!

Your right you should, but resting days should be “light” jelqs or “light” pumping. You need to change your definition of resting days. Resting days shouldn’t include masturbation, Monster energy drinks, or an idle penis. You need to maintain a certain amount of flaccid stretch so your penis can heal in place rather than healing a thinner flaccid. If your a newbie than you should do the newbie routine and call it a day. After three months, then your penis is conditioned enough to do pumping the right way. See you in three months if your a newbie.

Yes, of course injuries are something to worry about. Just don’t focus on saying “I am going to get injured, i have to not get injured, omg i am going to get injured”. Be careful but also don’t repeat negative things, what you constantly try to avoid is what you get. Avoid injury but don’t live in a box of fear. To avoid any irrational fear, get to know your penis, do the newbie routine for three months.

I have completed the newbie routine for 3 months. I´m currently working exclusively on girth. My current routine is as follows:
5 min warm up
300 dry jelqs
10 slinky´s (10 waves per side)
5 min warm up

What do you think? I have 5 months of PE training and I am aiming towards 15cms MSEG, currently on 13cms.

Any thoughts? :)

My opinion is that this is a mickey mouse routine. But this is just my opinion. I think that you will gain nothing from this. But again, this is my opinion someone might disagree.

I have messaged some great gainers out there, and all of them never achieved their goals with a mickey mouse routine like this. In my opinion you should do this:

1st week pump two 20 minute sessions every day. If you feel immense fatigue, then do your routine for your rest days
2nd week pump three 20 minute sessions every day. Again, if you feel immense fatigue or discomfort, then do your routine for your rest days
3rd week listen to your penis for the amount of pressure, and continue three 20 minute sessions

**take yohimbe so your penis stays plump and can heal that way.
**Increase EQ with kegels
**Masturbate no more than 3 times a week
**Clamp or balloon with your hands or a device

Take it easy if your a newbie, and do all this things with less intensity to keep safe.

I noticed that our starting stats are very similiar, so thought that I could have amazing gains like yours. I think your gains are mostly because you enjoy PE and have a lot of fun doing it. Secret? Obsession and consistency with what works…..I do this everyday… so my secret would have to be the porn. I watch a lot of porn. Horrible porn addict. I just like a few genres though. Cuties, petite, and strictly monster cocks. I struggle to find white porn actors with really big dicks but there are a few out there.

So every time I watch porn, I clamp and edge. Do this usually around 3 times a day everyday. My EQ is strong because I pump most of the time before I clamp.
If my EQ is lacking I just lighten the pressure in everything I do, which is pumping, clamping, and manual squeezes. I usually have to take it easy every other week and it takes me about 2-3 days to recover to my former EQ.

I have a good system. The way that I see it is…I rest when I sleep every night. Rest days IMO are for lazy PE’ers but sometimes total rest is needed…were all built differently but I think guys like their rest days a little too much because they don’t like doing PE. They usually don’t like it because they hate their penises.
I used to hate doing PE when I was unhappy with my penis as well.

Once I got “over the hump,” around 5.6 EG it was smooth sailing to 6 eg. I just loved the way my dick looked at that point and PE became fun.
So that’s another secret. Get to a size you like, whatever that is so you can get turned on by your own cock. This and some good porn can make PE fun.

Bottom line, I’m different. I’m not an ordinary guy. The people who know me best, know that I have the ability to hyper focus on something, whether it is PE, school, a girl, my dick, ….etc….if you can find a way or if you are already this way. Just become obsessed with PE and good things may happen for you.
Is say may because this PE business isn’t easy.

I’ll have to give that a shot when I start pumping. No rest days sounds a bit odd though. Seems like a good way to cause an injury.

Just what I needed to here. I always felt rest days break my momentum, so ill give everyday thing a try.

jcgtampa, I also noticed that when masturbating less, I am more fuller when erect and I think I can gain better this way, because my penis is responding very quickly to stimulus,having also a greater recovery capacity. But the things is that often my flacid stays full after ejaculation . So, I don’t think that “never let it turtles” or something along this way has much sense in it,referring to gains.

Thanks to jcgtampa for breathing some new life into the pumpers forum; you have provided some very interesting food for thought. All my gains have come from pumping; the problem is that it all happened a long time ago. I still pump because I love doing it and I cling to the hope that finding the right variation in routine might give me some fresh gains. In my quest for new gains I have recently come to similar conclusions to some of your key recommendations (longer sets, limit masturbation, erect pumping and watching porn); the ‘no rest days’ one is something I will need to think about, but thanks again for stirring-up the wonderful world of pumping.

Let me try and understand what you are saying here, eh, well, I DON’T understand what you are saying here.

Was referring to avantasia’s Mickey Mouse routine. I suggested he do his Mickey Mouse Routine on “rest days.”

**You should have rest days, but those rest days should consist of light jelqing, very light ballooning, or light maintenance pumping. This will ensure your gains will solidify. Basically do something light, if your schedule is too busy to jelq on your “rest” days then do it in a hot shower (assuming you take a shower everyday). **What can happen with an idle penis is that on rest days your flaccid will be thinner and you will heal a thinner penis.** On your rest days if you can maintain a thicker flaccid then your more likely to heal that way consistently and experience more gains.

One word of advice, when referring to someone else’s routine, if you think its incorrect, just say “inadequate” or “incorrect”. Calling it Mickey Mouse just mucks up communication, if you get my drift.

I do appreciate you posting what you have found to work for you, and believe it or not, I am currently working with that very concept. But to be accurate, you can’t say that “it seems to work for everyone else”, you can say it has worked for many guys that have made good gains…and leave it at that.

MANY guys who have tried the daily routine have run into trouble with it, and found complete rest is far more productive. There is quite a bit of variation in responses to PE, if there wasn’t, someone would have found what worked for him years ago, and we all would do his routine and get the same results, and this obviously is far from true.

As many guys that have gotten great results from daily PE, there are just as many that crashed and burned with the same approach.

Once word of caution, Yohimbe can cause blood pressure to rise dangerously, so if you take it, you MUST monitor your blood pressure.

When I was pumping I never took a rest day. I agree it will stimulate gains. However, no rest doesn’t mean over-training your unit. If I couldn’t get it up due to too much work, I took two days off and didn’t do a thing.
