There are plenty of threads on here that instruct you on how to fabricate your own hanging device. Check the hanging forum or order one.

I haven’t been wearing my ADS. I need to order one again. I like the silicon sleeves monkey sells. They are quick on and off and easy.

I”m feeling a great inner pull and again I had sex with met girlfriend last night and she was saying how it felt longer. She kept saying how I felt a little thicker, but she can tell I’m longer. It makes me want to increase weight, but it doesn’t make any sense to since I’m gaining.

Yeah, I’m gonna stay the course.I just don’t want to, but I will. Also developed a blister today for the first time hanging, so I guess I have to take a little break.which sucks.

Haven’t done any hanging due to a blister. I feel I should wait for it to heal then I can get back to hanging.

Ok, so after doing some research I’m gonna have to take a break from vac hanging. I’m gonna use my bib for a few weeks and see how it goes.

Because the manual stretching doesn’t interfere with the blister. Also there are theories that say you shouldn’t ever take a rest day.

With all my respect to you, You must update your information, The fact is taking rest is as much good as the PE itself. Plus I don’t see you fooling your penis with different exercises, You keep applying pressure pressure, Your penis will adapt, And then you will end up doing what your doing, And gaining nothing. Its almost like body building, You can’t do it everyday, Because your body adapt the pressure of the weight. If you make a diet, and starve your self, You won’t lose weight as much as healthy diet, For the simple fact that your body will switch to survival mode, and store fat every time you eat, You got my point, The body is 2 smart, But you can be smarter, And the one who said you shouldn’t take a rest days is such an idiot, Ask any one in this website he will tell you no this is wrong, If you continue like this without good amount of resting days, Again you will be doing what your doing for nothing, In the end you are free to do what ever you want, I just want to advice you, Not because I’m jealous of your routine and I don’t want you to gain, But because of, as a responsible person I should advice you when you are doing something wrong, And its your choice to accept my advice or not, Ask people who are older then you in PE, advice’s won’t hurt you.

The person who advised against rest days is BIB. So if your saying BIB, who is considered the hanging guru by many, is wrong then you need to provide something to back up what your saying. As for your body adapting like bodybuilding, sorry to say, but your wrong. This is nothing like body building. I did body building for years. With PE you are trying to deform more than muscle. Your dick is smooth muscle not skeletal muscle. Also you are elongating and engorging tissue. Skeletal muscle is different from the smooth muscle the dick is made up of. Also the types of strain you can put on the tissues and smooth muscle are more complex than the types of strains you can put on skeletal muscle. While I appreciate your advice, I don’t know of your background or your understanding of the human body, its tissues or PE. So for me to take your advice would be foolish. I do appreciate your concern though.

Well, I still insist that resting is very important, Look at my routine, I always take a rest, And it seems that I,m gaining more then you, And I do take plenty of rest. I didn’t mean body building work exactly like PE, But if you work out every day, You will get used to it, your muscles will adapt, By the way your stretching the part that connected between your penis and your pubic bone.
