After thinking about if I was going to only hang for 2 or 4 hours, I decided to go for 4 hours. I’m not going to increase weight, just stay around 7.5lbs

I’m noticing my dick is hanging heavier and fuller. This is what I was expecting with jelqing, as if did before, but I wasn’t expecting this with hanging. I am doing split sets for the most part. I hang for about 2 hours then take a break and come back and hang for another 2 hours. I’d like to hang for 4 hours straight so I can ride fatigue longer.

So last night I decided to have a light day and hang for 2 hours. Today I am hanging for 4. Last night while laying in bed I decided to go back in my log and find out where it was that I had an injury and it was around the 40th day and 166 hours. I’m monitoring very closely and hoping to avoid an injury like this again. Also while hanging last night I realized how easy it was to hang with the van hanger and considered just going to sleep with the weights attached, then I thought about it and deiced it seems like a quick way to an injury.

Sleeping with weights would scare me. I’ve slept with the ADS before, and although I didn’t get neg. PIs, it made me nervous.

I think monitoring it is key, and looking back at your past logs was a smart move.

Bro you take my advice, Never do any activity while sleeping. For the simple fact that you have no idea what is going on while sleeping, I gained a lot, Why don’t you take a look at my routine! I will start hanging next month. So you be safe man, Its not worth it, And remember your penis adapt the pressure, And you may reach the point where its useless To exercise, So for you not to reach this point make sure you confuse your penis, With high intense exercise and light exercise. We all want to gain as much as we can, But if an injure (god forbid ) on the way, then Not doing it is better.

So yesterday I fell asleep for 10 minutes while hanging. Woke up and continued hanging with no problems. Now, this is not something I’ll do all the time, just happened and no problems occurred. I plan on hanging again later tonight.

I was reading that 10 hours a week is enough. I’m hoping to become a big gainer, actually I just want to gain something. I’m not sure if I’m experiencing fatigue, but I do feel a different type of pull in my dick, doesn’t feel like anything bad. It actually feels like a slow stretch inside. I don’t feel compelled to lower the weights, so I wonder am I ignoring it or not experiencing it.

:) In the end You want to do whats in your mind. By the way PE doesn’t work while your sleeping. Because its time for resting. Ask a senior member about this.

PE doesn’t work while your sleeping? How? Whether your awake or asleep it should be working if your applying force.

So I plan on putting in at least 200 hours before I incorporate any type of fulcrum hanging or bundle hanging. My only concern is when to increase weight. Again I’m not sure I’m hitting fatigue every set, but I do feel stretching in my dick during my sets. Its not a type of stretching that causes pain, maybe its wishful thinking but it feels like elongation.

Last night during sex with my girlfriend she started telling me how I felt bigger. So I guess I’ll continue to hang 4 hours a day. I plan on sticking with it as much as possible. The only thing is I get a little bored after a while. I can only play so much PS3. I’m gonna have to go get more games. Personally I’d rather be outside doing something, but once my goal is reached then I can get outside during the day more.
