Jelqed today and yesterday. Don’t know why I didn’t log it. Now I’m gone eat oysters, smoke cigars, drink bourbon and probably watch strippers.

Been going at it pretty regularly. I don’t see any gain as of yet. I’ll keep at it. Thinking of switching to jelqing in the morning and hanging in the afternoon.

Just don’t switch to hanging before you’re really ready. You know how it is with this stuff, you want the gains immediately but sometimes it takes a bit. I didn’t start seeing gains again until 2 or 3 weeks of consistent newb routine.

Well I have been considering it for a while and haven’t done any hanging since I injured myself years ago. So I started today.

Jelqing then hanging. I’m doing vac hanging with 5lbs SO for 2 hours a day. I plan on sticking with this routine for a few months. Not sure if I want to take rest days or not.

So this is the first time I’ve ever tried hanging with a vac hanger and I must admit I really like it. I feel it allows for more time strapped in.

Day 3 hanging. Yesterday I ended up hanging for 4 hours. I did 2, took a break and did another 2. I have enough time and I’m hoping I can continue at this rate. I tried hanging with 5 lbs at first and I didn’t feel anything. I decided to bump it up to 7.5lbs and I can feel a better strain/stretch. I am sitting in my recliner with the weights hanging over the foot rest, so its not a true 7.5lbs, but its until I decide to rig up a pulley system for hanging. I still plan on jelqing later tonight.
