PE log and journal

So after so long of being off, I’m getting back to it. I am planning on doing all day hanging with golf weights. I will use 2lbs of golf weights with self adhesive tape behind the head to secure the weights on there. I plan on logging 7-8 hours a day. I will keep an accurate log starting tomorrow.

First attempt at hanging golf weights was not successful. I used the adhesive tape behind the head and ended up folding over and coming off. Thank God I decided to stay at home. Will figure out how to hang them properly.

Ok, so instead of doing the golf weights I decided to go with a traction device. Now I know this is very similar to the golf weights as its something you have to log many hours under tension in order to see results, so I am trying to get in at least 6 hours a day to start. My only issue is do I have enough tension, or too much tension? I am not sure of this. I need to do some more research to find out how to measure the amount of tension or what it should feel like. I am using a vacuum head fitting and contemplating using it while I’m sleeping. I do know this is not advised by anyone because of xyz, but I’m still thinking about doing it.

So I think once we get back from vacation, I will start back. Planning on hanging. I actually have more free time than when I was hanging 4 hours a day. I’m planning on slowly working back into it, but eventually it I should be able to log a minimum of 6 hours a day. Also I’m going to wear a ADS when I’m not hanging.

Saw somewhere you said you weren’t natural body builder - what do you take? Only reason I ask is because I’m skinny asf and I’m eatting healthy/bulking and been doing gym for about month? I’ve gone from 52.4kg to 55.6kg - is that good? Anything you think I should do for being so skinny.

Also have you tried a vacuum ADS? It’s pretty comfy compared to everything else

Yes I have tried the vacuum ADS. It is very good imo. As for supplements, I’d suggest to stay away from them. Now if you choose not to, do your research and figure out what you want to do. What is your overall goal? Are you looking to get strong, big, ripped? Then find out what supplements assist with that.

Time to start hanging again. I am going to start with 2.5lbs for as long as I can. I am going to try and work 4-6 Horus a day. I feel that I can do vac-hanging without issue because of the weight. I shouldn’t develop any blisters. Only thing I remember from vac-hanging was for some reason I had to piss a lot. No clue why. Hopefully this won’t be an issue. We shall see. I will log all activity. Also planning on doing a warm up with some jelqing and a rice sock.

Very important lesson. Have everything you need to hang before you attempt to start and also make sure you don’t have people coming over.
