I decided to create my own routine. 1day on 1 day off and I’m up from 75 jelqs to 85. I’m increasing by 10 every week. This is my second week in and I already get the “heavy”feeling but in a good way. I’m only jelqing tho, I’m at 6.35, not too worried about length but I’m at 5 1/8 girth, that’s what I want the most, half an inch on girth.
The one thing I am going to do daily tho is wrap my penis in heat 3 times a day, even on my off days. I think this promotes the muscles to relax, allowing for a better workout. Also, I can feel the tug when jelqing but I have to start from the base, I mean like I’m pressing against it. I’ve read the heavy feeling is a good sign so I’m bout to crank it up a notch
