Hi there,

I am transferring over from pegym to here because pegym seems to be down and I need my online space for my journal.
I don’t really care about any of the PE communities so don’t come at me telling me how much thundersplace is superior to the other ones. I especially dislike that stupid elitist behaviour!
Don’t get me wrong though - I’m a nice guy, as long as I am treated nicely and respectfully :P

Anyway, my name was kind of a throwaway type of name, “ehlo” (computer-nerdy way of hello) + lol.
I chose this because I didn’t believe in PE nor did I really want to commit to any community.
I kinda regret it now but oh well :P

So, my little story:


Starting stats:
6.5 BPEL
5.5 MSEG
5.0 BEG

[October] (started 20. Sep though, did experiment a bit)
Routine: jp90 (outlined at pegym), 2on1off
Gains: +0.7 BPEL (I suppose more than half was EQ gains mixed with incorrect measurements), +0.5 NBPEL
Stats: 7.2 BPEL, 6 NBPEL

Routine: jp90, 2on1ff
Gains: +0.28 BPEL, +0.3 NBPEL
Stats: 7.48 BPEL, 6.3 NBPEL

Routine: jp90, 2on1off
Gains: +0 BPEL
Stats: 7.48 BPEL, 6.42 NBPEL

2 Week decon break - last week of year 2015, first week of year 2016

Routine: advanced jelq free routine (JF routine from now on, outlined at pegym), mo-we-fr

As of now, I am in my break.
I was doing a 6 weeks on, 1 week off but I am extending this 1 week break to an entire month, entirety of april - thanks to the punctuated PE-theory thread on this forum.
When I start back up, I will do a little modified version of JP90s.


My current stats are (as of todays measurement):
7.76 BPEL
6.89 NBPEL
5.5 MSEG :(
5.0 BEG :(

From now on, I will use the metric system and perhaps continue converting so you guys can understand xD
So.. Length (current focus!) in metric (cm):
19.7 BPEL
17.5 NBPEL

If I measure (press hard) directly after a session, my BPEL flirts with the 20cm mark.. Which is also one of my current mini milestones.
My current milestone is:
20 cm BPEL
18 cm NBPEL

Once I actually reach that milestone, I will be satisfied in the length department, yet longterm wise I still want a little bit more, perhaps half an inch or sth. So I can comfortably be over 20/18 cm - even with low EQ:
21 cm BPEL
18.5 cm NBPEL

Once I reach my current milestone of 20 cm BPEL I will start with girth work - I will do my jelqs at a much higher EQ (from 30% up to 60-70% or perhaps full erection, carefully & slowly)
Girth goals:
Even out MSEG / BEG
Satisfied at 5.75, longterm 6.0
My overall girth goal is to not be able to wrap my index finger and thumb around my penis.
As of now, at the widest point (5.5), my index touches my thumb at about 90% of my thumb’s length.
I rolled a paper cylinder and for me, at 5.75 I can barely touch - I have to squeeze the paper-cylinder.
At 6, there is a big gap between thumb & index finger.


My plan of attack:
May, June, July:
Modified JP90 routine:
10 min: heat up (cup of water)
10 min: stretching part (left, right, down, up, out for 30s each with 20 quick, light kegels; 10-15 rotary stretches and shakes in between)
10 min: slow wet jelqs - I don’t count reps, for me, its quality > quantity. Simple math: 200 wet jelqs = 200 * 3 sec = 600 sec. = 10 min.
5 min: wet v-jelqs
10 min: o-bends - focusing on base, since BEG is lacking (< MSEG)
20-30 min: edging, no release

August: decon break

And so on.. Repeating this 4 month cycle over and over.

PS: Oh, just before I press submit..
I am not only doing PE (penis enhancement) but also ~BE (body enhancement).
Soon after I started PE I also started working out and dieting.
My starting weight was: 88-90 kg | 194-198 lbs (completely empty - completely full)
My current weight is: 73.3-74.5 kg | 161-164 lbs
My goal was 75 kg, but after reaching it, I was not 100% satisfied .. Just about 99.75% though :P
The thing is, my main goal is to have the lean-muscle look.
Something like this with a bit more shoulder, breast and triceps/biceps definition (just a random google search). Or rather like this..
In my normal state, I look like the guy in the first pic. After a workout session, when fully pumped, I look like the guy in the second pic.
I think at about 72 kg, but this time, focusing more on my diet (did only count calories, now I am also keeping track of ratios / macros.) and with a bit more intense workout routine I will reach that goal.
To be completely honest, I actually look real nice already but the perfectionist in me doesn’t let me stop, so yeah.. XD
To not develop any anorexic-tendencies, I have a hard boundary - I will not lose any more weight at 72 kg..
I will try to float around the 72-74 kg range. In a few years, I don’t want to end up weighing 50-60 kgs or something xD
Btw, I’m about 183cm / ~6’ tall.

I plan on keeping this up until the end of my days :)
I feel the best when I am at my peak. I attribute my academic performance boost actually to this. Last semester at uni, I scored only A’s and B’s.. Now, I think a healthy lifestyle is pretty important. How come I never really cared or realized this >.< Sometimes I think I’m a big idiot!

You started out with about the same stats and you gained quite a respectable amount.
I am trying to follow your footsteps, especially with the breaks (punctuated PE).

Just a little note for myself for later on [L-Arginine protocols]:

-L-Arginine only 1 hour before or 3 hours after meal, pretty much on empty stomach.
According to a few sources, it only releases growth hormone best at those times.
Furthermore, its even counterproductive to take it without respecting those conditions..
So.. Right after waking up + right before going to bed to be on the safe side!

-The body can get used to L-Arginine so use it in a cycle like 4 weeks on 2 weeks off or sth. —> This goes hand in hand with the decon breaks —> no L-Arginine for the rest of this decon break.

-Take at least 10g (2-3 capsules of 4.4g) - perhaps best before sleep? Need to test out..

Alright, so.. This is my last day of the month long decon break and I gotto stay - damn it was hard! Most of the time I had the urge to work out my little me but I had to refrain.

Meanwhile I think I have gained a tiny bit, like 0.2 cm. The thing is, I always measure right after a PE session with the reasoning that that’s the point where I can get max. Measurement and therefore, will reduce measurement inconsistency through EQ variance (EQ will be max. After PE session).
Anyway, I am not quite sure but I think when I measured at other times, it was a tiny bit shorter (0.1 - 0.2cm) - never really cared about that though, since I only wanna track the gains.
What I am seeing now is that I easily measure the max stats during my off/decon days and furthermore, it seems it has gotten a tiny bit longer.
I reported my BPEL to be ~19.7cm but right now, I am really flirting with 20cm, I am ~19.9cm.
My NBPEL measures 17.5 cm, but if I stretch/thrust it out, I am easily 18 - 18.1 cm, which is nice. I think that’s mainly because I am still losing weight, even though I have reached my weight goals.

Anyway, I just wanted to revive this thread with this report & my state of mind since I am starting tomorrow again, yay :)
I think I am very close to my length goals.. Like really really close! I pretty much only need to gain ~0.5 cm which is 0.2” - which is nothing!

Since my priorities this cycle are: 80% girth, 20% length

I will replace the 10min stretching with 10min bundled stretching as it targets more the tunica and results in girth gains.

I have also read that it potentially evens out the bat shape. I’ll try to bundle/twist it around the thinnest part, targeting it and hoping it will grow.

If I see ridiculous gains like I did in my first month, Ill have to stop and re-evaluate my routine… must not get past 21cm length.

Since yesterday’s session, I’ve been having erections 50% of the time.. my EQ is ridiculous.. im slightly sore just from my erections!
must be because of the measurements; it turns me on xD

Today’s session:
10m warm up
10m (5m x2) bundled stretches 5 directions (50s each), both twisting directions
10m wet jelq, 80-90% erection lvl
2m reverse/compression type of jelqs (for base)

30m edging (with 4x 60s ulis)
