And so it begins. Today is day 1 of hanging. I am hoping to log between 120 and 160 hours a month. Today I started with 2.5lbs for 1-2 hours. I am doing vac hanging as I feel it allows me the most time under stress without having to disconnect, recirculate blood and connect again. So

OK, I got caught up watching tv and ended up doing 2 hours. Second hour was BTC.

Hopefully I can continue to hang for a few hours a day. Luckily I have enough time and privacy to do this. Also my wife doesn’t care that I sit around with weights hanging from my dick.

congrats… as a thought, I would get used to a non vac hanger… You will need to go above 10lbs and it is hard in a vac hanger. also the hanging experience is different. with the vac hangerer I found more pressure got placed on the head than in the groin. I think it is cause the blood in the head acts as a cushion. just my .02 —- good luck.

Appreciate it. I’ve hung before with the vac and the bib and it just got to be a problem with life. I did have issues with the vac once I got up in weight so I took years off and now I am back at it. I am using the approach of starting with minimal weights and building up slowly. I am hoping to enjoy the early gains as I know diminishing returns is inevitable. I believe the angle is was causes the pressure to be felt in different areas. I was planning on taking off for today, but after doing some reading I decided to get an hour or two in. So on that note

So I should have measured, but didn’t. I will measure at 10 hours then only measure every 100 hours. Which should be monthly if I put enough time in. Otherwise I feel I am not being as dedicated as needed in order to yield gains.

Ok, so yesterday I was reading someones thread about how he was hanging for 7-8 hours a day and thought Jesus fucking christ!! Well I then started to think of ways to increase my hanging time when I’m not home. Of course we have all thought of things like hanging when driving (highly discouraged due to so many factors), ADS ( possible option) and a few other things. One that I liked the most was wearing ankle weights with the weight being supported by the hanger and not resting on the ankle itself. For me, I think this is a viable option to increase my hours strapped in. So I guess I’ll be purchasing ankle weights soon.
Now back to regular hanging for today.
