I wake up and feel fuller. It seems that all day I am hanging fuller and thicker. As I said before I don’t want to increase the weight too quickly or do more sets too soon either. Patience and consistency.

No clue why I was restating what weight I was using. Regardless. I have been doing all of my sets SO until yesterday, I decided to throw in OTL. So now I am doing 4 sets SO and 1 set OTL. I had sex with my GF last night and she was saying that I felt bigger.

I won’t increase time till wednesday. I will then go to 2h and 20m. I plan on staying at the weight till I get to 4 hours. Once I get to 4 hours of hanging then I will increase weight. I don’t know when I will implement fulcrum hanging.

Yesterday and today I did 3 sets SO and 3 sets OTS. I am hanging fuller and thicker throughout the day.

I’m wondering how specific of a plan of attack do we need. I have a plan of hanging daily and when to increase weight and when to increase time, but thats as far as my plan really goes. I do switch up angles, but nothing planned out when I’m going to switch angles. I know I need to throw in some fulcrum hanging at some point, but when? So now I am trying to figure out if I am going about this with not enough of a plan or is my plan, which is pretty basic, good enough.
