Jelq today at low level, but not as low as yesterday. Problem is I keep getting engorged more than I would like so I need a distraction. I try to do some stretching while I jelq in order to maintain that low level. Also doing fowfers most of the day.

Jelqed today at a low level for 20 minutes then a higher level for the last 10. Right now I have no set plan as to how long I jelq. Sometimes its 20 minutes, sometimes its 30, but I usually never go less than 20. Fowfers for a few hours while I watch whatever game is on tv.

So after thinking about it for a little while I decided to start hanging. I am going to hang for an hour or two today. Doing sets of 20 minutes with with breaks in between. I’m starting at 7 1/2 lbs. I will keep a log of how many hours I am strapped in.
