So today I bumped up to 4 hours. Next week I’ll bump up the weight a little. I plan on going up by 2 1/2lbs every other week. I may hanging longer than 4 hours a day, but I want to make 4 the minimum per day.

I wasn’t able to hang the full 4 hours today and I probably won’t be able to hang the full 4 hours tomorrow since I will be traveling. I did want to get some hanging in, so I figure if I can at least do an hour or two then I am doing some good. I keep getting these tingling sensations in my dick even when I am not doing anything. I can be at a restaurant eating and I keep feeling these sensations. It doesn’t feel like anything is wrong and I hope all is good. It was around this many hours last time I was hanging that I had an injury. So we shall see.

Just don’t increase it for a while. Let it stabilize longer than you think it takes.

So my wrapping must be off because I am getting a little fluid build up from hanging. I need to adjust my wrapping.
