Half way through I decided to just hang all sets SO. On my second to last set I was noticed I wasn’t feeling fatigue so I decided to try fulcrum hanging. If I don’t feel fatigue after this set, then tomorrow I’ll increase weight a little.

So I am getting fucked aggravated. Recently I had a medical emergency, which everything turned out fine after treatment, but now I feel I am starting to lose my hair due to the stress of it. While I have read that hair that falls out due to stress does regrow, it still sucks. Now I am thinking if I should go get another round of hair restoration treatment or just wait. I was using rogaine till I took another look at the box and realized it wasn’t for the area I was loosing my hair in the first place. Now since I am loosing it more towards my crown, I will resume using the rogaine. I just hate dealing with this shit. It stresses me out, which in turn can cause more hair loss. Its a vicious cycle.
