Did my jelqing today. Will do some stretching tonight. So today I started to hang. I only did 30 minutes, which I know is nothing, but will do more. I’d like to get back to doing 4 hours a day. This was mainly a test run to see what I needed to do in order to hang the way I wanted to. So far so good.

Trying to figure out a way to hang while in bed, not sleeping, just in bed. I think I’m going to visit home depot tomorrow and figure something out. Off today, didn’t wear an ADS and hung very full all day.

NEVER AGAIN. I hung again today for 2 hours. 2 60 minute sets and after the second set I got a three huge blisters. It looks horrible and I’m sure its gonna hurt soon. Such a fucking pain in the ass. I will bib from now on. This is the third time I’ve gotten blisters from hanging.

I need to exercise, but my kid is out of school now and I don’t have the privacy I had before. Its ok, he starts summer camp in a week.

Hi jb560 you said you hung 2 sets of 60 minutes your only meant to hang 20 minutes sets and then take hanger off for a break to get blood flowing again. When you say your getting blisters to how is that happening are you wrapping properly. I have never had any blisters when hanging so not sure how this would happen.

From what I’ve read, hanging with a bib hanger-yes you only hang for 20 minutes. With the vac you supposedly can hang for 40-60 minutes. I am vac hanging and I think I’m not putting enough tap over the head which is contributing to the blisters. I think I’m going back to my bib hanger. This vac hanging is great except for the blisters.

Hi jb560 I did not no you was using a vac hanging. I have never used this tipe of hanger but if it’s giving you blisters ouch thay could be a problem then pe-ing. Your bib hanger sounds the safer option wishing you luck on your journey.
