New Member With A Sore Member
I’ve been doing PE since last fall. I have been over training with the pump since February, long sessions with low pressure, with occasional spiking. Last Thursday I did 5, 10, 15, 10, 5 minute pumps with jelqing in between. My errect length shrank by an inch! It has recovered, but I have lost any gains I made. Now it feels like my urethra is sore, my ligs are sore, under the fat pad is sore. I took four days off did 2 5 minutes sessions last night, still sore. In my rest days I have been using a heating pad and massaging. What can I do to aid with the healing?
