Just measured BPEL slightly over 6 3\8.

Just finished a 20 min & 15 min pumping session. Used the 1.75 cylinder with a silicone seal. Used heating mitt on the first session, marked the cylinder at my new pumped length. However, during the 15 min session I didn’t hit the first session mark and it was cold, unlike the first pump I was hot when I came out of the cylinder hot and very plump. I jelqed prior to both sessions to get erect and massaged with lotion after the 2nd. I think that one session is better than 2. I will pump Tuesday, Friday for 1x 20 min and then begin my 2 to 3 week break.

Packing the 1.75 cylinder up to .5 inch.

Did a 20 min pump last night. Stretched 3 min in the shower. Started with 3hg then went to 4 after 10 min. Used heating mitt. Jelqed for 4 min after. It seems to take 6 to 8 min to get the max stretch. I exceeded the last pumping session’s mark even without using the pad. Started to touch the sides of the 1.75 cylinder. Morning wood was 6/10, flacid was poor, but is good now, erection may be better now. I believe I am squeezing to hard while jelqing I have difficulty with keeping the pressure light. I believe this is why I didn’t gain from jelqing only. I will stretch tonight, 3 min and apply heat mitt. I will pump again 2 days from now if my member feels good.

Pumped Saturday morning, 20 min with heat, jelqed for 2 min. Started my 2 week break. During breaks can I stretch and kegel or just leave my buddy alone?

Sttetching is an active PE exercise, therefore I’d say no.

Kegels are neutral so the answer is yes.

Rest day 4.

Good flacid yesterday after work. BPEL in between 6 1/4 and 6 3/8. No morning wood.

Once a week.

Start of rest week 2.

No soreness, good flacid, 10 EQ with wife.

My 3rd rail seems bigger.

Rest time is over.

My previous measurements were off by about 1 cm. I didn’t push the graded cylinder all the way into the bone. So my new BPEL is 17.3 cm @ 6.8 inches. I am going to start a new thread as I am no longer a new member with a sore member.

What can be added us something I call the base Chakra massage. It’s a massage of the (well warmed up) taint, the part of the penis between anus and scrotum. Massage in long and pretty intense strikes from back to front. This should make the blood circulation of the penis better, similar to jelqing but working on the inner penis. I’m doing it between stretching and jelqing.

With you saying you massage the taint, I wonder if this is slowing my progress down as I can’t do this. In 2013 I had all of this area taken apart, all the deceased flesh taken out and the whole groin/perineum rebuilt. When I do stretchs I do sometimes feel it.

I can pump and jelq OK and it’s only the upward stretching I’m careful of.
