Watch out for stuff that’s been repackaged with a fancy title and silly theory to back it up. Hmmmm i have to agree with you ,your 100% right .But quim is willing to try out anything to make some gain’s.

I know edging is masturbating and getting excited and with good expansion without cuming and when you feel like cumming you have to stop ad then do the same for like 20 minutes, right? But what is ballooning??

DLD might be right on that.. My newbie gains were when I doing loads of edging and Ullis and then jelqing with expansion and then I stretched a little too. Could be right.. I ti true alivegeta.. I’d like to get more gains so much.

Sorry for the late reply man,,, been so busy..

First I started with 20 min stretching all directions, then 5min jelq, 7*3 Ullis, then 5 min jelq then 7*3 Ullis , 5 min jelq 7*3 Ullis and then jelq again. Then I could stretch a little. That was 1 year ago.
Then I basucally just jelqed for the whole summer.

Now I am doing a lot of stretches and 4 times a week or so I jelq 5-20 min.
My stretching begun with small sessions like 5, 10 or 20 minutes but now I do 30 and 20 minutes sessions. Overall I stretch like 1h per day.
Mainly I do side stretches (aiding with the arm that is not gripping behind the back) A stretches with my wrist sitting down and BTC sitting down passing my arms behind the tight, this stretch has been invented already.+
I also do V stretches but I find them ineffective and also SD to one side.
I used to feel fatigue, now not anymore.

Lately I have been taking more days off since I have a new partner and I do just 20 min stretching sessions more often

With the first routine that was for 4 or 5 months: “First I started with 20 min stretching all directions, then 5min jelq, 7*3 Ullis, then 5 min jelq then 7*3 Ullis , 5 min jelq 7*3 Ullis and then jelq again. Then I could stretch a little. That was 1 year ago.” I gained my newbie gains of o,5inches. After that I added 3-5 min stretching sessions during all day and then it was when I decided to just jelq.

My current size is 6,5NBP and about 5,2 EG.

You took some time off and then did extender+manuals and gained o.5 again right? I might do the same but without taking time off

Yeah, it seems like every time I take a break and come back I gain. I have already gained some BPFSL. I’m hoping that turns into some BPEL soon!

Bad jelqing sensation, my dick is boredtired

Perhaps is due to my new all weekend sex and my morning new schedule that doesn’t allow me to sleep as much as I’d like to but I can’t jelq now. My dick is like doesn’t want to, it doesn’t expand . I explained it in other threads as if it was you are milking a simple cord.

Also my stretching doesn’t give fatigue neither soreness no matter how hard or long hold I use.. Don’t know what all that means. Soon I’ll get a package with loads of PE stuff.. And don’t know what to do.
