When I used to feel the discomfort I just ignored it and suffered and did my current session without pulling so hard. Then the following session this stretching discomfort eased up and the following day went away and I could pull as hard as I wanted.

This days I’ve been a bit inconsistent. I took a cpuble of days off due to illness and family time. Did 10 min 40 min and 30 min stretching sessions last 3 days.

a bit of inconsistency

I’m done with exams. That week I’ve been a bit less consistent. Not stretching for 1h a day but 25 30 or 40 min. I jus jelqed 3 days and did ullis one day this week. Today its been off. I feel a good stretching sensation at the beginning of my sessions. I now begin my sessions with stretches in moth sides helping with the other hand . I pass it being my back and stretch. It feels stretches at the beginning. I wonder if anybody feels more stretch at the beginning as well. I’m doing sometimes btc with fulcrum and bundle A stretches lately.

Now having 3 weeks off from school and helping out at family busniess from 9 to 14.30. I could warm up and stretch at the shop while thres nobidy comign but it is too cold and its like a whole mess. I think you should try this, your penis has become used to the stress you put on to it. This exercise might get you over your plateau ,i have tried this only once and i got sore ligaments. My penis is not ready to handle this exercise . I hope you gain with this try to do them with kegels and reverse kegels Under The Leg Stretch.

not feeling soreness or stretching sensation anymore

Thanks for being so willing to help mate. I have tried that already, sometimes the first times I tried it, it have me a great lig soreness. However now nothing gives me that sensation….

This one, also the one that you stretch in every side using the other hand that is not gripping behind the back and aiding force and also A-stretches are the best when it comes to feel some soreness… Lately as I say I don’t feel that anymore…

Today I take it fully off (very unsusual, I normally PE everyday at least 15 min)
