I am going to be very brief in my experience and progress:

I begun on Jan the 6th with a size of around 15x13 cm, so around 6x5 inches.

I follwed the newbie just one week or two and soon started to increase jelqs and stretches.

In less than two months I added Ullis since I found out that after doing Ullis I could jelq with a better feeling when trying to flow the blood toward the shaft.

I saw and increase of nearly 1 cm in 2 months and a half. I kept that routine stopping Ullis when I reached the 4th month.

Then i added ullis again and in the 6th month I see my dick is nearly 1m5cm longer and a bit more girth.

At the end of July I did a break since I felt the blood didnt flow nicely when jelqing and Ullis weerent anything new for my dick. I got back with just stretches but now it has been 2 days i dont do anything. I think I should take a longer break.

Now I am thinking whether I should go back to what worked for me (no idea if it was stretches Ullis or jelqs) or trying extender+stretches or hanging. I am afraid i will loose gains but I also think if they go they can come back easily. I measure everyday and I still got them

Here is my dilema, I would apreciate if you guys participate in my progress commeting yours or giving me tips.

Congratulations on your progress. Some of the best advice I’ve ever read here at TP is to keep doing what’s working. Don’t change or start something new if you’re getting results with what you’re doing now. I’ve read on another forum that a guy never stopped doing the newbie routine, and never added anything new, because he always saw progress. He gained over 2” in length in about 2 years (I think he gained in girth too but I can’t remember how much). Can’t argue with those results.


Wish I knew this when I was a young man! I can no longer accept the things I cannot change. It’s time to change the things I cannot accept!

Well, I did stretches ullis and jelqs. I did like over 65 ullis and that was way too much for training. I would like to know if stretching methods like hanging work. If they dont , I can always go back to what once worked. I don’t want to toughen up the tissues anymore doing those ullis. I will soon jelq again for health :)

I wanted to leave a full break (except piss pulls) untill I go back to uni the 2nd week of Sept. Today I was home alone and tried to jelq. Still the thoughen up feeling I had. Maybe I always had that feeling and that is why I added Ullis , then let it subside and jelq with the extra expansion that the Ullis leave. Well instead of doing Ullis I simply let it subside and jelq later, it took long time but the session of 10 min felt good. I might do more sessions once in a while. We will see what method I add on September….

Today I wanted to jelq after having masturbated 3h before and the blood didn’t flow nicely. I let it subside and stimulate again and flow a bit better. Short session.

All I do is jelq like 10 min 5 days a week and piss pulls. I have to let it subside in order to feel the blood flow . I don’t do ullis. Just a couple for fun. In September we will change plans. So far this short sessions feel good and healthy

I had been just jelqing 5 days a week 10 min session for 3 months or so…. it has been 3 days I got back to stretches. I do 5 min short session during the day and at night after gym my routine is: 10 min stretch, 10 min jelq with a few Ullis that allows me to jelq nicely once I let my dick go down. Notice I do all my streches now sat down at the toilet. Mainly Afuldrum with my wrist and BTC using my tights as a fulcrum.

I dont know if I am overtraining or not with stretcfhes… my dick seems longer after every short or long session but after I jelq and shower it shrinks like if it was tired

I have been stretching every 2 or 3 hours for 5 or 6 minuts, (Astretches and BTC sitting down too). On my days at home I do less sessions but longer. Yesterday for instance I did like 15 min x 3 or 4 times of the same stretches. I hope I am not overtraining. truth is i got a little blister at the corona. I guess from bad gripping with toilet paper….

I stretch like 1h everyday in the toilet as a rule. A normal day would be like: 20,10,10,5,5,5,10 or 30,10,5,10,10…. First session just after woken up. Last session heating up with rice sock. 5 days a week I jelq 10 min adter y last stretching session. I also stretch after jelq sometimes. Finnish with hot shower. On my daily stretches I don’t warm up. Yesterday I had a great jelqing session with great sensation and expansion. For me not jerking off improves my eq and my jelqing is sometimes better.

I change my routine up about every two weeks. It seems that your penis becomes conditioned to certain stresses and if you use a different force/angle, you get results again. Really have to pay attention to what is working and if you haven’t done something in a while give it another shot.

Being that I am happy with the gains I have made, I am switching to every other day until new years and then just following short a maintenance routine. I am not going to measure again until then so I can be surprised at whatever gains I get and stop focusing so much on my wiener everyday.

I have been now experimenting with Vstretches, they are more intense but you cant keep them for as long as the BTC stretches sitting down.

What is your routine man? Do you think I am over training stretching 1h a day? Do you think a nice way to “shock “you penis is by giving free days? I do PE every single day.

What are your PIs? Write them down after each work out. I don’t really understand why you changed your routine, but well..

1 h of manual stretches is a lot of time.

Take rest days you need them with manual PE.

I would break from stretching to do passive extending if I had one. For now I stretch everyday, only decondition for girth.
