Stretches and jelqs with heated warmed up dick. Ease into a stretch to not lock the tissues up in defense.(also check your kegels beeing relaxed)
Then apply ADS for at least 4 hours. The more time and frequency the better. Moderate tension to accomplish that.
Stretch or jelq some whenever you exit the ADS.

Espacially in the evening you want to get as hard errections as possible to fill the expansion in with some life.(edging, dont cum too much and if you cum stretch after it)

Do it constantly for at least 3 months measuring BPFSL frequently(before, after, during, morning) to check when it increases or decreases.
If you have rest days for the manuals no prob but still wear the ADS on low tension.

I and no one else can answer that but you.
Tendency is that 2 weeks are not doing much for a deconditioning. More like 6 months. This would be a short rest from overtraining for better EQ.

Quim I observed over time you ask thousand questions about things that are highly individualistic that only you yourself can know.
You can ask them another 1000 times and you wont know more. No offense meant ,or no prob with asking you know, I hope you understand what I mean..
All you can do is to read, learn and discuss about the theorys and then check if they are applicable to you.
There are huge threads were all the “pro’s” and “experts” discussed and they still didnt come to a definite conclusion but you still can learn from it.

10 people who gained will have done 10 different things to gain. What they have in common is they observed what worked for THEM. <- THIS IS CRUCIAL.
Read the “big gainer highlights” thread by bearded dragon. What they all did was tuning into themselves!
This is obviously what is needed to gain beyond newbie gains as the gaining window/way is much smaller/narrower.,

Here is what you can practicly do:
Focus on one definite routine to follow like the one I suggested in above post.
Write down everyday what you did including BPFSL, EQ, PI ‘s, masturbation/sex and how you feel about the state of your dick. Even if you did nothing…
This way you will get a better picture of what works for YOU and what not. FOCUS and keep it simple!
If you have the daily data of 1-3 months you and we can make educated guesses what works or not.
Only then one can help you with more detailed answers and you can try tweaks and check how the feedback of your dick is in relation.

If you cant do that then PE might not be for you. The people who succeeded where all “crazy” about it and totally into themselves and their dicks and sacrificed much of their time to it. The “big gainer highlights” thread is an eye opener.

So you can make a 2 week break or not. Whatever you do..write down how you feel and measure etc. today and then check after 2 weeks how the experience differs. Then you will have indications if a 2 week break helped you are not.

Dicker, thanks so much for your concern on me. It is true I ask alot of questions. It happens in my life too. Hopefully some Can benefit from it.

It is very hard measuring BPFSL after sessions, not precise.

Many factors alter all these, for instance now I am sleeping like 5-6h a day and that is so bad for general health.

Often I make questions and I just forget about it in a few days since I make so many..

Of course I get what you mean. PE is so confusing and uncertain mate.. Perhaps wisest thing would be to wait till I get full privacy..

Asking is good when its about techniques in PE but theory when to do what everyone does different according to his dick. Its even worse then Bodybuilding.

Thats why I said to write everything down which will help you tremendously to get the answers.

Unconsistency

I’m doing project and the timetable is so variable.. Plus normally I used to study in the afternoon now I gotta wake a at 7h and I am not used to it,, I sleep less than 7hours a day and that is bad for my EQ. Got to help out dad as well so my 1h stretching a day is reduced to 40min or even 30 min, my jelqing sessions are down to 5-7min as I struggle to keep the right erection all time.. Also my fuck buddy brings unconsistency durign the weeknd so I take more days off than normal, like2 per week compared to none before. Today for instance I just stretched 10 min at the train, was supposed to do 20 or 30 min stretching and jelq but I spent time here at TP

I think this is a perfect opportunity to stop PE and get a good decondition out of it.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I can answer that. I know you have read my thread, you PM’d with questions. I found my niche. I would PE 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I found that the 2 weeks off allowed my penis to heal itself. Ligs got healed, blood flowed in the stretched areas allowing any lig to heal thus building the lig at the same time. When I resumed PEing, I had a fresh unit to work with. I continue PEing for 6 week, and I took another 2 weeks off. I saw very fast gains. My gains did not stop because of the 2 weeks off, but gave me a fresh un-fatiged penis to work with. I haven’t PE’d in many years and I am still at 8.5 BPEL X 6.375 EG cemented with never gain loss, and I attribute it to the schedule I kept allowing my penis to heal it self.

I have it all documented, and that thread is an old one. You your self messaged me that you read it. Read it again, you will read when my wife and I reached our goal of 7.5 BPEL X 5.5 EG, I continued PEing without her consent and that almost ruined our marriage. I is all there in writing. So when I mean I found my niche, I found it and saw very fast gains, it was unbelievable. I dare not PE anymore.

Two weeks is not a decon break, but a healing break. If you want a decon break, take 6 months off and start over with the newbie routine. During that decon break do some research in what you want to do when you resume, and come back with the right mind set. I have several recent posts on that mind set.

Thanks TNT for sharing that link, I got a lot of foreskin and jelqing with one hand I have found is best as when I jelq switching every jelq the skin disturbs so much.

Alivegeta, it might be a good idea but lately I am feeling some soreness when stretching, don’t know if that is good tho.. But maybe it will enhance gains.. I will have to continue with lower PE session due to other duties..

G263, I think TNT got success from his 6on 2 off as his main exercise was clamping, I don’t think lengthening routines should take week off, extender producer doesn’t advise so and neither Bib does it

TNT I am surprised that after reaching your first goal you kept on doing without your wife wanting to. Why were you so greedy? I am also surprised you gained an extra inch of length simply clamping.
Clamping has been the niche for you. How much you gained (L and G) with your famous: newbie routine+3*15-20 min clamping?

Took the weekend off, have read about the TGS theory and I have the BPFSL 0,5 longer than my BPEL. I have also read marinera’s theory about healing process for hangers and stretchers.
