Active stretching is you’re session itself while passive is anything that will hold it extended for some hours like an extender.

Yeah. I am considering buying an extender and ads. Can I combine both? Why dont you do it yourself?

For me this is red flag, even though length work isn’t the same as girth work, too bad PIs aren’t a good sign, whatever kind of work you do. If you hang or extend there are chances you’ll have lower PIs, but if you take one day off it should be back to normal.
Discomfort is even worse.

Yea man watch your boners. If they aren’t like a sixteen year old’s then maybe you should train different. Remember that productive PE should yield not only gains, but also great boners. Even spontaneous bones.

Spent 3/4 days in Holland. I did no PE. These have been my only days off. Now I’m back at my 1h all day stretches routine.

Stretching hard that much has got to have an effect on the muscles that control your erections. I use an extender 4-6 hours a day and I can barely get the thing on because of my raging woods 24/7 and I see great results. If you aren’t getting raging woods then you are doing it wrong. The members you refer to are all past their sexual prime. I’m 22 and if I don’t get raging woods after playing with my dick then its a red flag for me too.

Pro extender. Usually one or two hours in the morning then 2 or 3 at night. Some days more some days less.
