Thank you for sharing Gentlepsychopath. I had ditched manual stretching for a while in favor of using an extender but you’ve inspired me to incorporate some manual stretching into my routine again. I think I was pulling to hard before and was seeing more negative PI as a result. This is why I stopped.

Both sitting and standing. Both is good and i switch for the one to the other in order to not be bored.

That’s great! Manual stretching seems a simple method but it can be way more effective if you do it right. I encourage you to try longer stretching sessions with moderate force for months and see the results.

No i just skip to say under the glans. But you are right it’s better to be more specific to avoid misunderstandings, especially for the new readers.

When you perform simple stretches, do you actually feel the stretch anywhere? Is there a specific feeling you get that informs you you’re in the right spot with the intensity?

I find that stretching to your bpfsl and keeping it there for a minute or so doesn’t really feel like anything, but with higher intensity I get that feeling in the middle of my shaft that there’s something stretching it. But it does seem like after the stretches with higher intensity when I let go of my penis it wants to contract more and seems more resistant to another stretch.

It is becoming less of a mystery to me the things you speak of. I no longer pull with much force. Sometimes it was firm and rubbery when pulling but there was little stretch. All I was going to do was harden the tissues with such an approach. A couple of things helped. Using Ultrasound heat (and pre heating with rice sock) meant using less force and gaining more stretch. Similar outcome with using a routine that was in Marinera’s stretching thread that is pulling a little for 15 seconds pulling a little more for 15 seconds then allowing to go back to rest for 15 seconds then repeating the process again all up taking 10-15 minutes. This seemed to help soften the tissues and improve elasticity. Then I do more longer stretches.

Interesting, so you’re doing manual stretching simultaneously while using ultrasound heat? Kind of thought you needed to be extending or hanging to be able to use it, but I guess you can do it with manual stretching it just occupies both of your hands. I need to look up that post of marineras.

Sorry for the late respond. I think that you aren’t supposed to feel anything special while stretching. A Connective tissue like the tunica isn’t supposed to fatigued or something like that, PE is different from training your biceps. The stretching feeling itself is enough and you can increase the force at the end of a long set or at the end of the total workout.
Simply start the stretch gently and hold it at your bpfsl for a minute, then increase the tension enough to feel the stretching feeling more and hold again. When you increase the force my advice is not to pull harder but push to the stretch direction and hold by pushing if it makes sense. Pushing not pulling.

I’m a newbie and I’ve read all your thread. It’s priceless ! I’m doing your routine but not the fulcrum so much yet because the feelings are not so great and its hard to hold a proper stretch in that position.
Did you progress again in length ? (BPEL,flaccid.) What is your schedule ?
I’m doing 6/1off but I should maybe switch to 5/2off because my EQ is taking a hit these days (dick feels fatigued).

Of course you shouldn’t do fulcrums when you are a newbie. Stick to simple stretches and slowly increase the total stretching time as you progress and when you feel that you can handle more. Wait at least 3-4 months before you even try fulcrums.

The previous months i was really busy and i wasn’t consistent at all, i only did some stretching here and there for maintenance. The past two weeks i experiment with dry jelqing and i like it a lot. Some days i jelq for an hour straight and others for 20 minutes. I see that my dick responds great to dry jelqing and i think that i have gained a little length.

Also how long did it take you to gain 1 inch in length? Do you think you could have optimized your work and gain faster ?
I’m doing long holds 1-5 minutes for now for 20 minutes average.
