Reverse V Grip
This will be short. Open your hand n front of you, palm facing out; rotate the hand 180 degrees, clockwise if it is your right hand, anti-clockwise if it is your left hand (Fig. RevV1); put the glans between index and middle finger (fig. RevV2; as alwyas, imagine the belt is your penis and the buckle is your glans). Close your fingers as in the regular V grip. This grip will make (at least it did for me) very easy to perform upward fulcrum stretches, otherwise pretty uncomfortable; specifically, you will not need to push or pul with your arms, if the fulcrum is of the right size a torsion of the wirst will add tension without any efforts.
