My workout at the moment is only dry jelqing. I am doing an experiment and i want to see if the dry jelqs can give me length gains without stretching, so i can value their effectiveness.

What do you mean when you use your forearm or a bottle of wine for your stretches…? I can’t seem to comprehend how it fits in to the stretching, can you show a visual example or explain?

You might find the pics in this thread helpful. Just replace whatever the guy is using with a wine bottle.

Ah! Thank you, makes sense now.

What kind of wine bottle do you use? There’s different types so I’m curious.

I don’t use a wine bottle, personally.

I’m very new to this, I have been going strong but as of late have taken a few breaks and will be getting back into it with consistency, following the newbie routine currently as of course it is the suggested routine for people like me. But, as of late, I have been thinking on what my new routine will be when I complete my conditioning to the newbie routine, it’s mentally taxing to figure out what I should do; have you got any advice for me friend?

Thank you very much for your kind words. I will read your progress thread with a lot of interest. The first question i have to ask you is what is more important to you length or girth?

Thank you for responding man.

The answer to that question is length, I desire to gain enough length to look down there and go ‘Hey, that’s pretty nice’. Essentially, it is the golden 8 inches that I strive for.

Very nice. Keep doing the newbie routine and at the same time try to improve your technique, which is going to be a big factor for the future. The biggest success comes from mastering the fundamentals. The best way to gain length is to focus on the stretching and do some jelqs always before the stretches 2-3 times a week.

The best advice is to not be in a hurry, you have to be consistent for a long time and you will see your penis grow for real.

Been really enjoying this thread Gentlepsycopath.

Love the way you’ve brought in info from Marinara’s teachings and made them your own in a simple to understand and friendly way.

I want to help break down the stress relaxation stretching technique a bit more if possible. With that said, would you mind describing the feeling of a moderate stretch in as much detail as possible?

Are you feeling strain in the base of your penis? Are you feeling it midshaft? If so, what does the strain feel like? It’s not painful, but there are many other feelings that arise prior to the pain threshold being reached. What do those sensations feel like for you when a stretch is performed properly?

Seems like we can all be better served by helping not just to understand the technique, but the mix of sensations as well.

Thank you Big Worm and you are totally right about breaking down the process in a more detailed way. The most important part about the stress relaxation is to not introduce the force at the very beginning of the stretch. I think that the first 50-60 seconds of the stretch should be just a holding and then the force can be increased.

Personally i feel the strain both at my base and midshaft. In fact every time you perform a stretch both the ligaments and the tunica are stretched, you can not stretch the one without the other. The successful feeling is the stretching feeling itself, it shouldn’t be to low because you want a stress more intense than what your penis is accustomed to and it shouldn’t be to high because you cant keep it for long and you are making the tissue stronger not longer.

Place the non gripping hand over your grip to minimize the fatigue and keep the strain, you should feel the strain in all parts of your penis, but if you are feeling in one part more than the other i think it doesn’t matter much, because if the strain is good, all the penis is stretched. Our aim is to challenge the tissues to reach a longer length constantly and over time they will grow longer. So we have to not force the strain but to maintain it with logical force.

You will know that you are doing it right when you are able to hold it for more time without your grip fail and you see that during the stretch your penis reach its max length. You want to keep the force needed for the penis to manainted full elongated, if you apply way more than that you will not be able to keep for more time. That being said at the end of each stretch i challenge my penis by increasing the intensity, i stretch with more force than what is needed for the elongation. I do this to mix things up, because all are under experiment.
So as a conclusion the visual proof that during the stretch your penis is fully enlongated is more important than a specific feeling, which can trick you some times.

Growing the penis is a complex process. I mean there are guys who used only an extender for 3-5 years and gained more than 2 inches with low force. On the other hand there are others who have used short duration sets of manual stretches with very high force at high frequency and also gained more than two inches.

This is not something new, we know that low force should be applied for a long time and high force for a short time. Which is the best is hard to say. I wanted to do something in the middle, although my approach is closer to the high force short time, because that’s the nature of manual stretching in general. The point is to reduce the toughening by making the manual stretching less aggressive.

I say that PE is complex because i think that you shouldn’t feel anything specific after or during the workout. When i blast my arms in the gym i can feel the damage to my muscles after, but with PE any similar feeling is potentially overtraining. Connective tissue lengthening is different. The best stage i think for gains is when you are consistent without feeling anything specific.

I think this is were pe is difficult for some because you might not feel anything during or after a workout so you could feel like nothings happening but if I squat I know somethings happening during and after. I’m guilty in pe workouts of pushing everything until I feel like my penis can’t take anymore but I’m changing my mind set on this, it’s only taken me like 17 years of minimal gains to start thinking like this haha.

Your probably right doing something in the middle. My approach soon is going to be fulcrum hanging with US/IRL 2-3 times a week and using an extender with fulcrum the rest of time. I enjoy hanging and extending and I’m taking an approach now of if there’s time then do it, if not or I need days off then so be it. I won’t be taking the approach that some have on here of measuring bpfsl pre and post and so on. I now just want to have fun and see what happens after months.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply! Yes, it’s certainly key to hold the stretch. So anything that would prohibit us from spending time under traction (like stretching too hard) should be avoided.

I’d like to delve in a bit more…when you say you shouldn’t feel anything specific after or during a workout, are you absolutely sure?

If I concentrate on the feeling of a stretch, a few specific sensations come to mind. There is a hard stretch that forces the penis to get stubborn, which produces no feeling (except for maybe frustration). There’s often a dull achey feeling at the spot where the fingers meet the shaft (this is alleviated with toilet paper). And then when the stretch is done in a stress-relaxation manner, there’s a deep tingling/burning sensation at the base and midshaft. The burning comes and goes. Deep breathing helps the burn dissipate quicker.

Curious to know if you or anyone else has had a similar experience.

Your new approach is excellent. Extending and fulcrum stretching is a powerful combination. It seems that is the time for gains.

I wouldn’t describe it exactly as a burning, because in my mind a burning feeling is something uncomfortable. I can feel the stretching tension from the base up to the shaft without any burning sensation, just a deep stretching feeling. The glans is an another story, they suffer the most from the grip and if i am not careful i get a painful feeling after the stretching session.

This is good to know! I may be stretching too hard.
