I’m currently doing 20 minutes a day and I’m increasing gradually.

Hello! I think that it does not matter because the total stretching time is the most important thing. I cant tell for sure which approach is the best, it really depends. If you do 1 hour direct you will get the benefits from the longer holds and if you split the routine during the day you will get the benefits from the high frequency.

My personal preference is to do the biggest part of my stretching routine at once and then later the same day add another 20 mins. For example 40-50 mins all at once and then 20mins later.

I am thinking to increase the intensity of my stretches the days when i am busy and i cant strerch for an hour straight. Life circumstances and privacy issues dont allow me to stretch every day for 60-80 mins.

Thats why some days i will stretch for 20 or 30 mins with more intensity. I have seen examples at thundersplace and other forums of manual stretches that they have gained more than 2 inches with short-high intensity stretching routines. The common thing that they have is that they stretch pretty much all day with short-high intensity sessions throughout the day. I will keep my 1 hour stretching sessions with long holds and moderate force the days when i have privacy and time.

Do you keep a log? I think if you’re going to introduce this variable it might wind up being useful if you do. Good luck!!!

Almost. I hit 7.9 consistently, its just a matter of time.
I don’t think that its time for a decon. Now i stretch less minutes every day due to life circumstances.

Consistency is my priority. Gains dont come linearly, they come in waves. I have seen after months of no gains a sudden growth of 0.5 cm. During that time the target is to remain consistent.

Can you explain your statement from earlier in the thread about stretching up being not useful? That stretch is the one I feel the most pull on.

Also am I understanding your thread to be saying working towards longer periods of a few long single stretch vs a long period of a lot of short stretches?

Yes. First of all i have noticed that its hard to keep a good grip when stretching up, so there is a technique issue, which makes this stretch uncomfortable and less effective.

But the most important reason is because of how the tunica albuginea is build. The part of the penis that we want to target is the dorsal one, because thats where the Corpora cavernosa bodies are. So we want to lengthen the dorsal tunica that surrounds the erectile chambers. With downward stretching the tension is transferred better and more efficient to the dorsal side and with upward stretching the tension hits more the ventral side where there is not so much tunica to enlogate:

Marinera was the first guy who made this point and he is completely right, because after my research i have found that the manual stretchers with the biggest gains, they are all performing downward and straight out stretches.

My preference is to stretch with long sets(5 to 10 mins) and moderate force for a total time of 60-70 mins. I start with less force and progressively i increase it at the end of the session. But because i like to experiment and i dont have time and privacy every day, i want to add a different approach: Shorter duration stretchers with higher force throughout the day for a total time of 20-30 mins. Right know i am working this together with my regular 1 hour stretching session. Like 3 days the higher force less duration approach and 2 days the less force higher duration approach. It depends on the day, my schedule and how busy i am.

Thank you very much dj8cut! I am actually there since i can hit 20.2 cm when my EQ is really high. That happens every time with new gains, they appear for a moment at the highest erection level. So i am waiting to hit 20.3 cm and cement it before i call it officially. By cement it i mean to be able to reach it even with not 100% EQ.

Yes exactly. The right tegnigue with consistency can transform a dick.

I managed to hit 20.3 cm bpel and 21.7 cm bpfsl a few days ago. Higher forces seems to work too in my case and i am concentrating to transfer the high tension to my whole shaft during each stretch.

Consistent kegels training seems to improve my EQ a lot. My main focus is to target the IC muscle better. Its a bit challenging because all the muscles are inter-connected but i have find that visualization helps a lot. At first you can target the IC muscle better with a lighter contraction because when you increase the intensity of the contraction the other muscles are involved. As you improve you will target the IC muscle even with stronger contractions. The trick is to visualize that you are trying to move your balls up when you kegel, focus on this upward movement.
